“Came to eat their turkey dinner before Thanksgiving day. It was superb!! All the trimmings were delicious. Hillary and Leslie were wonderful, catering to all our needs. I would highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Souvenirs are cute.“

“I had a good experience at Denny’s restaurant on University Drive In Edinburg this morning. Samantha, our server, constantly checked on us. She always made sure to be cheerful and attentive. Cassie, a server not assigned to us, had an ever-present smile. Her smile radiated so brightly that it lit up the mood of my friend and me. These two young ladies made our visit to this place extremely pleasant. I recommend sitting at the bar. The bar is where the staff assembles to retrieve their orders. It is where you will always see smiling faces. Here is where they have more of an opportunity to face you and gift you with a kind comment or beam another bright smile in your direction.“

“Friendliness and respect is not common among most diners, yet here at Dennys San Juan, Texas of The Rio Grande Valley Of Southern Texas it’s very much included! What’s the best way to start,A meal? I would say is to be included and made felt like family! That’s what you Shure would find- here at Denny’s, along with a hot, ready, made meal just the way you order!“

“Amazing service. Belinda was very polite and professional.“

“Wait staff always on top of service and friendly plus the place is clean“

“good to snack out 🤌🏻💯👌🏻🤤🍧“

“This place deserves two Michelin stars: "Great cooking with a special style. It is worth a detour to visit" The place is beautifully decorated, the food was really good and for very fair prices, and those milkshakes were seriously delicious! They use REAL whipped cream on them, not your typical whipped can you get in other places. Now, you would think that the ambience and gorgeous thematic décor would be the highlight of this visit, but it was actually the staff. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I want to say she is the best waitress I've ever had. I visited August 13, 2026 around 3pm and she was the only waitress on duty that I noticed, wish I had gotten her name. Even my toddler loved her, she ran towards her to give her a hug, he doesn’t even do that with family... She was great with kids and she was great as a waitress as well, checking in on us regularly and also offering to take our photos. I live 6hrs away from this place but I already cannot wait to go back! I will make this a detour stop every time I go south of Texas for sure.“
