Wow! This Ridge location is truly a Hidden Jem! Starting with the Sushi Chefs Efren Ulyses crafting magic and packing delicious flavor into each Roll with exquisite presentation. If that alone is not enough reason to make this your permanent home for Sushi, the ingredients at this Ridge location are by far the freshest. The staff is always friendly and very much on point. Beef teppanyaki and Kumori rice are very good. Friendly staffParking: Limited number of parking spots close to restaurant. Even on extra parking on other side of street can get congested

My experience here has been nothing less than perfection. Gaby was outstanding with the detail oriented service. I applaud her attention in always getting us things we need before having to ask for them! Rare to find that nowadays. Efren's presentation of the sushi platter was so beautiful, I'd go as far as to call it ART...but once I bit into my roll u get the immediate sensation of exquisite freshness.
