The tteokboki was a 3/10. Almost no sauce. Not flavorful, and honestly it didn’t taste like genuine tteokboki. I know it’s the valley, but even then this wasn’t up to what I was hoping for

I love their food here. Not many korean foods in McAllen TX. When I travel to McAllen for business trip I went to korean food next to the hotel I stay at but I'm glad I found this place. Very good food. Very friendly staff and owner.

The best Korean restaurant!!! Everything on the menu is delicious, side dishes too!!! Staff is super friendly! I tried this place with my daughter today. Hands down one of the best. Definitely a hidden gem. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was so cozy and inviting. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Extremely unfriendly and rude. Didn't know it was a crime to ask a simple question. Cashier was kind but others were rude. I won't be returning. Keep the change, you clearly need it. Customer service not thier strong suit. Sure I would have been treated differently if I looked similar to them. Saw other customers being treated a certain way, and asked if my party could get it as well... they didn't like that. Could have easily just said no, the attitude and silent treated that followed after you charged us extra for something you gave out freely was unnecessary

This place always finds a way to make me and my family feel special. The first and second time I went to this restaurant I went with my children. The owners were kind enough to offer my children some rice snacks to help with their fussiness. Just recently, I went again and they kindly offered me some plum juice to help with digestion. It’s things like these that make me want to come back again. Kind gestures go a long way :)

We tried this place for the first time for a valentines date with the kiddo :)The owners are so so sweet and really go above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying the food! You can really tell how much pride the owners take in their restaurant. We had our 15 month old with us and the owner was so sweet with him and gave him crackers and everything! A very family friendly atmosphere!!The food was so so good! Some of the best kimchi I’ve ever had! And those dumplings ???She even gave us some prune juice towards the end of our meal!We will definitely be coming back!!
