We frequently come to this store. Almost always a pristine experience but today was way different . I came through drive-through , server came chuckling and laughing with somebody inside and mistakenly took my order , gave me separate portions when I did not asked for that and then blamed me for her mistake when I pointed the error down😳. Then, Manager came and with all disregard by a customer , refused to help me ! Really disappointing experience. Hope this lack of quality service is not taking over the store ……😒

Stopped into Baskin-Robbins for a last-minute Mother’s Day cake. I just wanna say a huge thank you and give a shout out to Judy and Dana, who did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond in regards to their customer service. These young women looked through the display case at almost every single cake to find the one that I was looking for. I am so incredibly grateful and while some may believe that this is just part of their job description. This is something that I have rarely encountered in these past few years. These two young women are incredibly kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond. 10/10 customer service at this location.

While I appreciate the quality of the ice I purchased, I have observed a lack of hospitality and warmth from the staff during my visits. The practice of rushing patrons, especially when the establishment is not busy, is not in line with acceptable customer service standards. This behavior has been consistent on multiple occasions, regardless of the day of the week. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and not feel pressured to leave the premises and it was only 8:30 PM. It is crucial to acknowledge that customers play a vital role in the success of any business, and their satisfaction should be a top priority. Should this issue persist, I will not hesitate to elevate the matter to the corporate level. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a double scoop in a chocolate dipped cone with sprinkles. My flavors were cookie dough and oreo 'n cold brew! It was amazing, and the service was friendly and professional.
