Ben & Jerry's

You walk in and look at a wall full of flavors and they literally have none of them

I've never been to a Ben & Jerry's ever. I liked the place tough, nice decoration. The lady at the counter was really nice and offered to taste any of the flavors as I told her it was my first time.

We ended up ordering the large waffle cone with a scoop of coffee chocolate and salted caramel. That tasted good.

Guess that if you're an ice cream fan, should go and try those funky combinations with catchy names that i believe are the reason why the ice cream is so famous. However IMO don't think that will ever come back as like I said, the ice cream flavor was good but not great, a little extra sweet .. but again is my opinion and if you look on my reviews you'll see what is the ice cream I've visited lately and really liked.

So here's my opinion for you to consider and if you're interested, go and check it!

Today i had my first experience at an ice cream shop that has no ice cream. every flavor i asked for “Sorry we dont have that at the moment.” No flavors!! NOT EVEN COOKIES AND CREAM!! i went in happy and excited for my ice cream and left upset and empty handed. DO BETTER!

i just went this afternoon and the and customer service was great but the ice creams looked super hard to scoop.. and the workers looked miserable trying to scoop it.. the ice cream also tasted like fridge and was so hard to eat

Service is great, however they haven't been stocking the New York super fudge chunk which was my usual ice cream of choice. Not sure I'll be returning until they bring the flavor back.

I went to the store for the first time today since there isn't one in my city. The workers were very kind to my daughter and me, they gave us great recommendations. The music in the background was very nice as well. However, I did see the workers struggle to scoop the ice cream since it was frozen.

Spent $56 dollars in Ice cream for my family. The ice cream tasted old and texture showed its time frozen.

I went to Ben & Jerry’s for the first time this afternoon and I had a great experience. The employees were very nice and attentive, had great energy, and gave me great ice cream recommendations. The store was also very nice and clean. Will definitely be visiting again!!!

My family and I love it here. Best ice cream in town.

When i visited this young man with a side part and who's name started with a J was very rude and kept laughing and seemed very uninterested

Went with my best friends and Carolina was amazing ! Very polite and let me try a sample of the coffee with espresso beans so delicious 😋

Came today to buy some ice cream and they had doors locked fifteen minutes before closing time.

Doors were locked while we were still in the store and while customers were trying to get in. It was 15 minutes before listed closing time on door.
