I came in with my brother today and we had a great time. All the food was great and our server Sienna’s service was great. The manager Khin also showed up and was very friendly!

Sat for 20 minutes without a server. Our server was very unhelpful. Eventually we got a different server named Rosie who was very helpful and funny. Food was good. Ask for Rosie!!

We had a very frustrating experience upon arrival. The blonde little hostess was standing and talking with other servers for over 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us. The restaurant was not busy at the time, yet we were left waiting unnecessarily. When she finally noticed us, she sat us and immediately went right back to chatting instead of staying at the hostess stand.

Everything was good except the service we got. Server never came to check on us after dropping off the food(wasn’t even the one to bring it out either) we never got any refills till after we finished our meals. Our server was constantly talking to another girl and checking on other tables besides us. It’s really upsetting to receive such poor service especially since we were celebrating a birthday.

This is a great place! I really enjoyed having lunch here. The bacon & guacamole burger was fantastic. All 4 of the beers I selected for the flight were great, especially the Irish red. The desserts are amazing!!

Every time I go they tell me what I'm ordering isnt available. It's always something. Don't get me wrong there are some great staff here but usually the good servers don't last because I'm sure they are abused. I've had run-ins with management here as well and instead of treating you like a paying customer with the smallest modicum of respect they try to talk down to you treat you stupid and expect you to believe their word is factual. Excuses abound here. They also have an annoying habit of pushing you out the door and try to ignore your table the longer your there that way refills and any other services needed become a chore to acquire. Used to be a great venue but it's obviously becoming lax here and it shows immensely.

I ordered the Mediterranean Tacos which exceeded my expectations! Eric at the bar was very attentive and assured everyone at the bar were happy with their drinks. Blueberry mojito was customized to my satisfaction. Jessie’s customer service was impeccable as well, confirming my dine in experience was great! Thank you both for a great experience!

I was finished through half my meal and saw the roach crawling on the wall. It literally had an egg sack so that means there’s more. I couldn’t eat anymore. Told my waiter and it seemed like they knew because they were like “Oh let me talk to my manager to get you something for seeing that”. I understand that… i just… Was grossed out. I understand that occasional bugs coming thru the doors/sewer, but with an egg sac.. Ew. The waiter offering to help was great but still.

For my birthday dinner we ended up deciding to eat at BJs brewhouse. Mr Gonzalez saw that I was waiting outside with a rather large party and went outside and immediately jumped into action to get us seated, even after we were told it was going to be over an hour. A gesture he didn't need to do but insisted anyways. Within 15 minutes he had a table ready for us and got a server to help us. See service was phenomenal and made my birthday dinner top tier. Will be visiting again soon!

The drinks and food were excellent, along with a great atmosphere and outstanding service. Our server, Joe, took wonderful care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed. He even brought coloring pages and crayons for our toddler, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of the managers, Jesse, also stopped by our table to check that everything was perfect with both the food and the service, and he went above and beyond by bringing snacks for our toddler. From the very beginning to the end, they truly made us feel cared.
