Went for my daughter bday, the service was really bad, almost made my daughter cry and mad at me. Thanks God there is Bubbas and Krystal our server. I don't think I will come back to this Buffalo's no more.

Walked and told to take a seat anywhere. One server kept walking up and down past our booth yet never stopped to make an introduction. After waiting 10 minutes we decided to leave but asked for manager, Dave. We explained the issue to him, how we were ignored. He didn’t seem surprised. One of the girls laughed on our way out and appeared dismissive of our concerns that we were never waited on. This place needs major improvement before we return.

It was pretty packed. Asked for a virgin pin̈a colada and it took them over 20 min to come and say there was no coconut milk. My son asked for a refill took them like over 15 minutes to bring it.

hi first of all i love coming here, its honestly one of my favorite restaurants to come n dine in at, so much SO that i had enough points on the app to redeem a free chips and guac! tonight however the restaurant dining area was closed off so im guessing it was just mobile orders, super empty!!! when we came only 2 people had picked up their orders when we got there, so PLEASE tell me HOW you mess up on a simple order of chips and GUAC ?? its literally guacamole not salsa. i live about 15 mins away and there was about 10 mins of traffic, so in total about half an hour (going back home) this was very annoying and a waste of gas especially because i had to wait for my husband at home while our food was getting cold. please pay ATTENTION to what the order includes plz !! you never know how much of an inconvenience this small mistake could be to somebody. 👍🏻

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit because the service we received was completely unacceptable. Our server never checked on us after taking our order, and when our food arrived, it was incorrect but we never had the chance to address it because she didn’t return to our table.
We had to ask another server, who was already very busy, for refills since our assigned server never came back. That server wasn’t even ours, but she was kind enough to help because she noticed we’d been waiting a long time. Our actual server didn’t return to check on us until about 40 minutes later, at which point we just asked for the check. She never came back with it. After another 8 minutes of waiting, we still didn’t have the bill, and then another 12 minutes passed before she finally took our card only because I asked the host for help. The host herself couldn’t even locate the server.
As a server myself in McAllen working for a big chain restaurant where it always get packed with almost 200+ people in the wait list ever night , I completely understand when things get busy, but this went far beyond that. There’s a difference between being busy and completely neglecting your tables. The lack of communication and follow-up made for a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses this issue, because no guest should be treated this way.

Very poor customer service! waited more than an hour , When asked how much longer “Abby”the seating host was rude and said “it’s up to the server if they want to take a big table” . Once we started seeing ppl leave . We asked if we could just sit at different tables at this point , heard “Sabrina” manager yell “they could fking leave if they don’t want to wait!” . Never once made an effort to check if there was a table ready for us . Don’t recommend this place .

My wings were f#%@^#% good,had a good 2 tall budlights 6 traditional lemon pepper wings with ranch and hot sauce on the side,ate like a king would recommend for any time of the day or night First time at this one too
I picked up food on my way home. Once I arrived I noticed they didn't pack my wings. The only resolution the manager would offer me for their mistake was to give me store credit for what they forgot. Mind you I live 30 min away so going back again would be out of my way.
