I tried to scan my receipt to claim my points on app, servers are taking receipts and claiming for themselves, I confronted my waitress about this and she just told me to leave my number and name tied to account. I was never a compensated for missing purchase.

Camr in a couple days ago and the wings were gross the oil probably needs to be changed we went to other locations and the food seems to be decreasing in quality we don't know why, we can taste the difference in freshness hopefully the company as a whole can go back to serving better quality food.

Food is good, plenty of screen televisions and tablets. The only issue is the lack of cleaning needed and restroom 🚻 checks for soap, toilet paper and trash.
Why, i was unconfortable in that place. First of all it was my BEST friend BDAY, and no one wanted to attend us. Second, the server that attend us was no in her mood, like if she was on her RAG. Third, that same server just got the order dropped the food and came to check on us. And really it wasn't bussy for a friday night, was also ignoring us alot. Fourth of all, we needed to flag everyone to get us a second drink. Last, we asked for our check and another server said she will cash us out. Finally, days later because i was bussy, i called and spoke to a manager, MAN, this manager seemed like he didn't care at all of the situation. Next time we'll tried some other place better.
Wings look old, they always have darkened meat which I have to eat around it. They need to really look into getting better fresher wings from younger chickens.
While there was a mix up on today’s order, I spoke to Helen and she was able to help me out resolve the issue. Today’s visit was much better than the other times. The female manager and staff were very welcoming. I placed my order and within 5 minutes my order was ready.
