Where to begin After getting sat down it took more than 15 min for our server to get our order for simple waters another 10 min goes by and the server is just attending others but not us she finally comes back with the waters and takes off again without taking our order about 10 more min goes by and we Literally had to ask the manager if she can take our order Afterwards about 20 min goes by and still no one comes to check on us or anything The thing that was upsetting the most is that 3 tables arrived 10-20 min after us and they received their drinks and food before us When the food finally arrived the original server just thru the food and the table and was being unprofessional with an attitude.

I’m a regular at this location for both take-out and dine-in, but I’ve noticed inconsistencies in my experiences. Today, I ordered take-out and just got wings with carrots and celery. I should have checked my order before leaving because otherwise, I would have returned the food. The wings were okay, but the carrots and celery were obviously old; the celery, in particular, looked like it was molding. I also requested extra dipping sauces, including ranch, but the employee who handled my order was not very attentive. She assured me that I received everything I ordered, but I did not.

It’s my go too when I want to see a sporting event. Only thing missing is music when the events are not on, at least at the bar area.
Staff just looking at the game and not tending to customers. And restaurant smells bad and dirty. Tables not wiped down and sticky. Trash on the floor and tables.

Every time I come to this particular BWW it's always full but this particular day it wasn't too packed so we decided to stay. We sat down at the same time as the people next to us and they were greeted before us by a young woman. We assumed we had the same waitress since we were sitting literally right next to the same people but she walked away right after.
After about 20 minutes, (my daughter and I/ took my son to the bathroom to change him) we come back to the table with my husband and still no waiter. The people next to us had their drinks before us. And we hadn't even be tended to and by this point we watched 5 different waiters/ waitress.
Finally I get up and approach a young man at the togo area. I tell him we have been waiting for 20+ minutes for someone to help and no one has come to us. He promises to get someone over there. I walk back and he goes to town asking all of the waiters who is our waiter... he comes back to us and says he couldn't find who our waiter was but he would help us. We ordered all of our food and waited. Meanwhile all of this is going on with our waiter, the people next to us still hadn't been asked for their order. By the time my husband and daughter were done is when the table next to us gets their own.
It wasn't so full and there were empty tables and tables that were dirty you pretty much had to clean up yourself.
We got our order before others so got their before us. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the young man who took accountability and helped us but he had curly vond hair with maybe blue or green eyes, very thin and tall. He was taking every table he could, when the other tables in both the bar areas and main were taken .
Sadly, I don't want to blame the workers but seemed like they needed more help. Hopefully they gat the help the need so9

I recently ordered take-out from Buffalo Wild Wings, expecting quality and good service. Unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfying. The food was for the Cowboys game I had on and I had friends over. To say the least it was embarrassing to have them eat what I had brought home.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I checked my order to make sure it was done the way I had requested. The staff member was unhelpful and argued with me about they can only cook food to a certain temperature and not more. Specifically, I like my onion rings extra extra crispy just shy of being well done. Finally, they agreed to cook the onion rings longer and said that was all they could do. In my opinion they still were not done enough and not sure they were even cooked more. I received my bag that felt barely warm to the touch. When I got home, I discovered the wings were lukewarm at best and very dry, almost as if they were running out of the honey BBQ sauce I requested. The fries I ordered were barely warm as if they’d been sitting out for a while. The whole meal was unappealing.
I didn’t call the restaurant to let them know because at that point I no longer wanted the order I had received and didn’t want to deal with staff that had already given me a difficult time. For a place known for its wings, I was really disappointed to end up with food that felt warm at best and service that felt even worse.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the take-out experience here. Cold food and argumentative staff just aren’t worth it to the paying customer. Hopefully, they can work on their take-out service and quality control.

Me and my boyfriend came for date night and we had Edgar as our server! He was amazing! 10/10 on everything. He was so nice and funny! Such an amazing personality! I would so come again! If you go please ask for him as your server! You won’t regret it! :)
