This is by far the worst wing place I have been to. As soon as I walked in, the tables were dirty, the floor covered in napkins and French fries. The beer isn't cold, the food takes a long time to come out. The staff ignores the mess. The bathroom has no soap to wash my hands. The prices are priced like this is a high end restraunt.

I got to visit this location twice. I really liked it and had very comfortable visits. The staff helped us very good in my second visit even though we had a really large party.
I went there today Nov 29 9:00pm and the girl Paola with the crimped hair was super rude. She was slamming peoples to go food and tossing it in the warmer. She was especially rude when she asked us the name of the order she waved her hand us to hurry up. Fire her. If customers service is not her thing then maybe Paola should find a new job.

Bad experience in BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN 10TH ST I PLACED A ORDER OF WINGS A SANDWICH AND FRIES WITH CHEESE AND TOOK 1 HOUR TO GIVE ME MY ORDER THEN I SEE THAT ONE OF MY ORDER WAS COLD WENT BACK TO TALK TO TGE MANAGER AND HE SAYS WAS GONNA REPLACE FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND FAST AND HE GIVE ME BACK THE SAME DAMN ORDER OMG I CANT BELIEVE SO BECAREFULL IF YOU ORDER ASK HOW LONG WILL TAKE.

First time I went to this location and I was disappointed. The quality of the meat of the classic buffalo wings was very bad. It was made real quick which explains the quality. I also ordered a fountain drink and it was very bland.

Ordered 60wings through them to get delivered. Mind you i live 25 minutes away from them which made me want to purchase the 6 dollars they charge for delivery. Upon delivery i noticed 20 wings missing. When calling I let them know i was missing 20 wings and would like at least a partial refund for what was missing. They told me that they couldn’t refund me the wings because the services were met but was just a misplacement. I had to drive 25 mins to go pick up the wings because i didn’t want to lose the money. Terrible service! And to top it off the wings were COLD! Never had an issue like this with any other buffalo wild wings. Stay away from this establishment particularly and go to the sister ones around it!
