EVERY TIME I come to this location, the wings are cold as s***. Anyone can dish out wings from the fryer and sauce them 10 minutes after they’ve been out, which is 100% what they do. I used to work in a restaurant. I voiced my concern to the server when I was ordering and he said “they come out hot they come out. I just work here. Do you still want the wings or…?” Honestly, he was working his ass off and looked extremely busy though. I don’t blame the guy. The fault is in management not focusing in actually producing QUALITY food like they used to. This is not the same Wild Wings I once knew. It’s a disappointment and the location will continue to lose customers to other locations if they continue on this trend. DO NOT respond to this wild wings, I’m not interested in what you can do for me, I already ate the cold ass wings. Just FIX the damn issue and produce wings like we’re all accustomed to.

Where to begin After getting sat down it took more than 15 min for our server to get our order for simple waters another 10 min goes by and the server is just attending others but not us she finally comes back with the waters and takes off again without taking our order about 10 more min goes by and we Literally had to ask the manager if she can take our order Afterwards about 20 min goes by and still no one comes to check on us or anything The thing that was upsetting the most is that 3 tables arrived 10-20 min after us and they received their drinks and food before us When the food finally arrived the original server just thru the food and the table and was being unprofessional with an attitude.
