Worst customer service by management. When to order breakfast with a coupon, it was the crescent breakfast with coffee. Didn't want coffee asked to get a drink and wanted to charge .80 cents to a dollar for each cup. Thats a ripoff considering the coffee is almost 2 bucks. When I called to speak with them the answered rudely by just saying how can I help, instead of saying, thank you for calling burgerking. Would like to speak to a general manager or a store owner.

god if i could give zero stars i would, why is THIS burger king the ONLY one my wife and i ever have issues with ? we went thru the drive thru, used our app (like always), got what we always get at every burger king (croissant combo with coffee) and as always, this lady gives us a hard time. insisting that she cant add the iced coffee that it has to be hot or juice…. so now here we go. driving to a different burger king where they actually give us what we want. idc if i have to pay a little more, i just care that every damn time we come to this location the same lady always gives us attitude or just tells us “no”. terrible customer service and worse location. literally go anywhere else, im not coming back.

By far the worst burger king the service is always terrible employees looking like they hate you for coming by not to mention misleading information the whooper says all day but when I tried to order it they said it wasn’t a thing. Why bother having it say all day if that isn’t the case. Might as well close that location down not because of this one time but because of the terrible depressing service cold fries and sloppy sandwich’s.

I stopped by Burger King recently and was really impressed with the service. Selma went above and beyond—she was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers because she greeted everyone with a smile and kept the line moving fast. It’s not every day you find someone so professional and positive at a fast-food place. She definitely made my experience better, and I’ll be coming back because of the great service.
This location was great. Great customer service from Rubi and the rest of her crew. They were very attentive to the specific requests for my food order. Rubi was very genuine and attentive throughout the whole process. The store was very clean and organized...

This location only gets 1-2 stars, the food is ok. The service is so so, when we have been in the location you don't get any kind of greeting. Ordered the brisket burger... so not worth it. You get 1oz of brisket in the burger. Don't buy it.

Food was good, no complaints there. Workers were friendly too. But the dine-in setup? Man, it’s rough. Feels like someone just threw tables around without thinking. Super cramped and awkward. And they were stingy with the basics. Four of us eating, and we got three napkins, three ketchup packets, and one dipping sauce for the cheese sticks. Come on. If you’re just grabbing food to go, it’s fine. But if you’re planning to sit and eat, you’re better off driving to a different Burger King.
