Wasn’t expected to be greeted by a hard-working big pal today, ordered the usual, but it tasted AMAZING, best milkshake I’ve had since ‘09!!! I was surprised he wasn’t a manager, DEFINITELY acts and works like one!!!! Kudos!

The workers don’t know what they are doing. Drive thru people are too busy mingling while taking orders. Also, somehow the food tastes worse than other locations. Avoid this place like the plague.

This was my first time visiting this 3700 Buddy Owens Ave BK. The dining room was empty, no one eating and only one car in the drive-thru, this was the lunch hour so I was surprised by their lack of business. I ordered a double texas whopper meal with heavy onion , large fry , large dr. Pepper. It came to $13.85 with tax. I was satisfied with the taste , value, and flavor of the meal. I had two minor issues; first that their ice dispenser was empty and I had to ask the cashier for ice. Second, that when I needed more ketchup there was none available at the pump near the drinks. When I asked a young lady for ketchup, she seemed to not know what ketchup is, as I had to point to it on the counter behind her. May have been a language barrier.

I stop here for a coffee and croissant on my way to work in the mornings, and let me tell you... The employees here go above and beyond for you. Every time I leave the drive thru, I leave feeling shocked at how good the customer service is. This BK has superior customer service.
