I did not like they added ice from bottom to the lid. I feel robbed as if I paid for mostly ice and not the drink. Also I asked for an additional zesty sauce and only recieved 1. Go figure. Just please don't be robbing your guests with too much ice. People hate those companies robbing their drinks. Put yourself in their shoes.

Every Wednesday, I go through the drive-through and order the same thing. As I slowly order in a clear voice, the same drive-through attendant seems to key in an incorrect order. When I see it on the order board outside, I always get an attitude from the attendant when I correct the order she keyed in. When I get to the pick-up window, I am greeted with an upset looking face that rarely says anything. I get charged, and maybe after I say thank you, once in a blue moon, I might get a forced thank you in return. I just feel that this young lady really doesn't want to be there. Or at least that is the vibe I get every time. This attitude is a mood killer. Maybe management should consider placing this person in another position where she doesn't have to deal with customers. It is really draining.

I went into the buddy Owen’s location about 7:30 pm and asked for the $5.00 special. Incidentally my friend and I order 2 of them identical with the exception that his would be modified so I asked them to be separated for easier identification. When my burger came out is was completely wrong. I voiced my concern unbeknownst to me the person I was speaking so was the manager Chris! She was not happy! She stormed out in a fury and asked for a bacon cheeseburger but not before biting my head off and lecturing me! lol, I asked for the store managers name and a store phone number and she said no… the number doesn’t work! Oh,listen to this !!!! She actually left the very keys that open the register and to the store and other crucial areas of the restaurant particularly the counter registers in full view and easily and readily accessible to anyone who wants or decides to get them essentially putting the safety of her customers at risk! Would you really want this type of manager in your restaurant? Absolutely not! Oh, I have proof of those keys on their!

Went today, super rude older lady handing the orders out though drive thru. (Afternoon shift) around 3. If she doesn’t like her job she should stay home.

The kids working there were great and respectful. But $6.18+ tax for a solo whopper that's literally over 650 calories and only 20g of protein.. No thanks! This fast food chain is the worst of them all for hamburgers. Sloppy prepared food as well, 2/10 not going back. Go get real food.

I went back to get order fixed got acknowledged & helped by manager and they gave me the same thing with the same mistake, gonna have to go a third time to take them the food back all cold hooding this gets right when it’s so hard just to get one order right with no rush and get chicken fries!!Called about 24x and nobody answers both time so a total of 48 calls nd no answer!No waonder this company doesn’t grow with success and their employees treat every problem like it’s whatever.One simple order nd wrong 3x how sad!! I’m even embarrassed to go back!!!
