The food is never fresh :( super lame
I was extremely disappointed with this location. Management was not very friendly and angry when I asked for my receipt after making my purchase. It is just not an enjoyable environment. I would recommend a different location.

No matter how early I order online during non-peak hours my order is NEVER ready. Ordered a wrap flow trio combo just to get told that they ran out of tortillas, I asked what they could offer me instead of the wraps and was told whopper Jr's and nuggets, which was okay... until I asked for some spicy glaze since they ran out of the tortilla wraps just get told they don't do that and that they don't have glaze sauce anymore either after that even though it's available online and after I was told my order was unavailable? No matter what time it is the crew seems always seems unprepared and lazy.

I went through the drive thru to redeem the "free" Whooper with the purchase of a s/m/l fries and drink that is printed on the back of the receipt you get from the previous purchase.
I did not purchase any other items.
Well, aside from been charged for the fries and drink they charged me $3.58 for the "free" Whooper.
I questioned the Manager who I believe was the only person working, aside from the cook, andtill this day I do not understand the reason why they charged me for the "free" Whooper that is imprinted on the back of the receipt.
My simple question was why did I get charged for the "Free" Whooper?
I understand having to pay for the fries and drink as indicated in the receipt, but why $3.58 for the "free " Whooper?
Again she gave me a story that did not make sense.
I tried calling Burger King Corprate office but the toll-free number after it picks up will hang up the line; I tried 3 times to no avail.

I just went shopping and they told me it was closed, I came to the one on MColl and Trenton and it's open, they didn't have it, so tell me it was already closed, if you don't want to work, better look for another job.

Restaurantji Recommends
Hit or miss with the orders, but fresh, no marinara sauce ever with the cheese sticks order they should just take the item off if they're not gonna carry marinara. Never have shakes either.

I went to drive thru and NEVER ANSWER, NEVER TOOK MY ORDER
If I could give zero star I would. The cashiers who serve the drive are rude and deny that it is strange that they never have ambueguesas if that is just what they sell. So that they know how much cockroaches come out of the coffee
Manager or cashier in front gave us dirty look then lied to us when it was our turn saying the credit cards weren’t working. The lady in front of us used her card and so did everyone else. This wouldn’t have happened if I’d gone through the drive through. There are no signs put up indicating that the credit card services were not in function. I find this very discriminating on his part as he is representing Burger King as an employee, making you as a company look bad. Is it not against company policy to not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc. ?
