Very slow service. Took them 5-10 min to even tell us "be there with you shortly ". Another 5 min after, then 10-15 min to get our food when only one car was in front. Vehicles behind us left due to the wait. Not only that but they forgot the French toast in our order. The rating at this place is very telling. Whoever operates this BK must not care about their operation.

Sandwich meats too dry. 2 workers only the 3rd one was not helpful she was standing there looking around and it took about an hour to receive our food we paid for large drinks they gave us small ones. I made an order with a coupon. I haded dollar bill and coupon to the cashier. He charged full price for everything and handed me the change. I asked if the coupon was not applied. The cashier responded that I did not give him the coupon and he can’t correct it. I said I don’t appreciate customers being treated this way. Response “we don’t appreciate customers cheating us either. (I couldn’t tell cheating/treating). Either way it was absolutely rude and I was appalled. I go there because my grandson wants hamburgers.

Horrible service. Came in at 7:58AM to have coffee and breakfast. The manager denied me service because he was the only person working. He wanted me to get back in my truck and go through drive thru. Really?! Told them just give me coffee then. Said they don't have coffee. Smh!
