Stay awak from this burger king location! Only two employees and they took awhile to take my order inside even though the lady with glasses said ill be with you and i waited and waited and nothing they were just focused on drive thru even though i was there before all of them

Worst burger king to come I usually go to the burger king in expressway 83 but it was going to remodel plus it was under construction that was the only burger king I could find I am never coming back ever again

Unacceptable, got my order wrong, charged more combos, cold food and did not accept their mistake, no apologies and looked upset when I made them aware, I just remembered why I hadn't gone there in years.

Came in the other day after lunch guy manager in front on phone he didn't greet nor make eye contact at least to know I'm there. Sees me walks away goes into that little office and ignores me untill the cashier came bad start already. As I ate my food which wasn't fresh chicken fries were hard where they been there longer than the recommended hold time.listen I've been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I know how it goes in these fast food places I wonder what the kitchens like the cook husky kid with the curly hair mopping not changing gloves and preparing food disgusting shirt all dirty talking smack cause he had to do his job it's noones fault you're at bk miserably punched in complaining slamming things in the kitchen chafo emoloyees dine tables dirty chairs out trays at each trashcan. Ketchup and soda at drink bar sticky. Didn't say nothing to him cause he wouldn't tell his gm and I believe she wouldn't either that's how it works at places like this I'm sure that's why some people.are still there. I see a lack of customer service and a definite lack of initiative and team work everone just in their own world lost and we have to ask where my order to get a uuuhh cual es su orden by the di di di of the guy in the black.ps this was in the restroom rusty shaver how unsanitary

My wife just went awhile ago to get me a Texas Double Whopper,which unfortunately was cold they didn't put the dressing on the side either.For some odd reason they had my wife park forward when there was no one ahead of her or behind her at the drive thru.It really doesn't take much to at least try to take pride in what you do at least.Overall it was no good,I do not recommend ordering from this location.
