The classic cannoli wasn't as good as I thought, I tried these last year and they tasted much better.The prices are a little on the high side but I believe it's because of the quality, I just didn't like the cannoli this one time. I'll try them again in the future to see if they are better.

Totally unlike the presentation, desserts, freshness and environment it was when it first opened. Only 1 employee. No hustle or bustle and excitement either. Was sad to see. Took friend for 1st time. Didn't buy anything. Does chef know how his bakery is now?

Worse customer service the manager Max has the worse communication ever in returning calls , emails and text messages . She needs to work on her manager skills. Good luck people your event will never be planned with this kind of communication.

The prices are extremely high for being in South Texas. With what a cannoli costs I can go to a local bakery and get a dozen of them. The cashier that was there on 06/25/22 in the afternoon was also lacking customer service. ? Not what I expected from a Carlos Bakery employee. I have always watched his show and see how happy everyone is and how they treat their customers in their bakery....Not the same service I got on Saturday. The lady was extremely rude and made me feel like I was taking her time away from other things. No wonder why that place is always empty. I would definitely replace her with someone nicer and friendly I would also reduce the prices to valley prices.

Girl had ugly attitude, could not write anything on cake because they didn't have any ribbons or small plaque to write message, didn't even offer other options, I had to look for myself a little topper that said happy birthday then she says its a dollar...she looked like she didn't want to be there

the lobster tails and cannolis were stale and burned, nothing compared to other Carlo’s bake shop locations. Aside of that the young lady that was working on the 21st of december around 8pm was extremely rude, i asked her nicely if she could switch out one of the lobster tails that were burned, she grabbed another one and threw it into the plastic container. I’m assuming it is the same lady they are saying in the other reviews that is rude. Extremely bad customer service from her part.
I bought a sparkle cake and I did not find a big difference, I thought I was going to do much better than other bakeries, but not for the price I paid, a lot of filling and very little cake, I will not buy a cake there again, the other desserts are Great, the lobster tails, delicious.

The only employee in the bakery told us, when we asked for two espresso coffees to go with our cakes, that he didn't know how to work the coffee machine, and on top he gave us an attitude. We left without coffee and cakes.

We went to buy a pumpkin pie and a apple pie don't buy !!!The apple pie was mushy awful flavor the pumpkin pie look over baked I was very disappointed normally I make my own pies but we are living in a rv are home is being renovated. Each pie was $20
