While the food consistently impresses and the service remains exceptional, yesterday’s experience was marred by issues with our server. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect. As a suggestion to the management, I recommend providing additional training for the waitstaff before they are deployed to the floor.

I took a group of four from work. Everyone's plates were eaten clean. Great service, nice atmosphere, good drinks and great food. This is not Palenque Grill but several notches above Taco Palenque. I will be back.

Place is nice. People are friendly. But the food was bad and super overpriced.? the suizas verdes had a horrible sauce. Even the regular enchilada. The fajita over cooked. ?Just bad food overall

The food was so so. The chicken entomada filling was mushy. No flavor to the rice and the refried beans had an iff taste. Service was also so so. Our server only spoke a few words of English and we only spoke a few words of Spanish. It made for an "interesting" order process. None of us were sure if we were getting what we thought we ordered. The restaurant itself has nice decor and seemed very clean. Be aware they add an 18% gratuity to your bill. We were not aware of this and tipped on top of that. When this was brought to the managers attention he did resolve it quickly. Personally not my favorite and we will probably not go back.
