The worker today kept taking orders from customers and make everyone else wait. I asked for my money back and he told me to wait 5 mins. I had already been waiting 10 mins. I left. Without my drink and money.

This is always my favorite spot in the mall to stop by its always been my go to boba ever since I first stumbled upon it and to know they opened up another store in Mercado district and to know they are only getting bigger puts a smile on my face.

Love the places however I already had two bad experiences with the same girl. The first time she took over 5 mins to help me out (there was no line) I had to call her since she never got near to take my order. She pretended to be cleaning and the second time I when 10 mins before 9pm and she told me it was already close. I work at the mall so I can probably understand; however its also against our lease to not follow mall hours.

Never in my life have I ever tried “boba tea”..
But I tried it for the first time.
The barista Alma was super helpful in recommending a tailored drink that would go with my taste… I LOVED IT!!!
Will definitely be coming back for more every time I visit the mall! ???

Had never had boba and wanted to try it. She recommended the strawberry shortcake and it was delicious.

Waited a little over 15 minutes in line and I was the last customer only to be rudely told they would no longer be taking my order. Will never again waste my time at all to order at the plaza mall location in McAllen, TX. Teenagers working that have no customer service.

Manager/ owner is very rude!

"Sold out of everything" was the answer we got today at around 1pm. Bad reflection of owners/managers to not PLAN for business needs on a busy Holiday Weekend.

The staff are so kind, and they have so many options to choose from and the person in the front desk makes it easy to order. I recommend the strawberry flavor it tastes amazing. ?
