the food was dry and lacked flavor. it was lunch time and there were no people. I realized why the food lacked flavor when I saw a man come out from the kitchen and fill a glass with tap water from drinks station and poor it on the food to make it not look dry. food is poor quality...1 and done never going there again. worst 40 dollars I ever spent.

Great food. I recommend the beef enchiladas, asado de puerco and the chicken fajita in salsa is the ?. My wife and I loved the home made flour tortillas. Also Great hospitality. The waiter Mr. Pepe was on point with drinks refills an kept the tortillas coming in. ? I totally recommend bringing the family here.

What can I say this is now My new breakfast spot, their buffet selection is wonderful but the flavor of the food is Amazing. If you are in the McAllen area please come by Chacho's Mexican Buffet, you won't regret it.
