Saw a bug in my sandwich, went to tell the workers about the bug, only for them to tell me it couldn’t have come from them that it must’ve come from me even though it was submerged in mayo and i was almost done with it.

I walked around the mall 20 minutes and couldnt find this placeDont know if the address is right. Says its in the mamm, used the little machine to look it up and nothing cane up.

Food had no taste, service was okay.

Excellent delicious food for the whole family!! Recommended. The strawberry and lemon water drinks are very delicious.

The girl taking the order was basically whispering when trying to confirm if the it was correct, I had to repeatedly ask her again. Total price for a Philly cheese steak and a Chipotle Bacon Chicken with a side of a "gourmet" fries was $33. Definitely not worth the price, the meat was dry on both sandwiches, the "gourmet" fries were soggy and really salty. 100% would not recommend eating their food. They need a complete overhaul.

A busy day, on a Saturday afternoon, however management is the worst. The employees were just chill and not doing their jobs. The workstations were dirty, and plenty of cross food contamination. Dirty stay away. I like the restaurant just not this place. They need professional

The sandwich was good but to be honest, it is a little bit too pricey

I have always liked Charley's Philly steaks. But today the usual taste wasn't there. Maybe it's a one time thing maybe new cooks but something was missing. Also the server just piled a huge blob of mayonnaise which I think was too much and it took away from the flavor too. The staff was courteous no problem there. It's just the usual flavor of their subs was not there. I also miss the fries with seasoning they don't do that anymore

They make some amazing cheese steak sandwiches in here, I highly recommend the food here, the meat is very soft and juicy, the cheese is amazing.

Worst place u can ever eat in rude service no respect for customer or what the order . I recommend not to go there ever unless they change the crue . I will give I zero star if there is any . Never coming back again .

Terrible service. The employees do not know how to serve, prepare, or pack. They don't take orders well and they always make mistakes. Today I ordered three lunches to go and some potatoes and when I got home I realized that they didn't add the potatoes. It is not the first time it happens. And they don't answer the phone either. It's a shame because the food is great.
