Idk what happened yesterday, but the food was not as good. The bread from a burger was cold, the potato soups were cold, the soda tasted like bad. It wasn’t like that before. They did replace the soups but we were not hungry for it anymore
I’m always in awe of the service and quality of the food at this Cheddar’s location. Today, despite a busy lunch rush, we had a fantastic experience. We sat at the bar, and despite the bar tender being quite busy, he took care of us and continued to check in on us throughout our visit. He even happily changed the channel so I could watch the game I was hoping to see. The runner asked if we needed anything and brought out our requests and refills quickly. To management, keep...
Lemon pepper chicken breasts were overcooked and dry. The auto bill pay at the table, as operated by the server, gave the wrong bill total! Had to ask for a paper bill to get correct billing! I refuse to use those tabletop payment devices! Piece of crap!
