(We have used the parking lot when we eat there and without a problem.

Luis Magdaleno is a terrible manager, unprofessional, childish, and an embarrassment to the company. He has no idea how to deescalate situations and should not be allowed to assist any food industry company. I wrote an email to the chain company and after several emails back and forth they refused to refund me my money due to the managers feedback. I was forced to go through my bank who was happy to help. His personal problems should not be dragged into his daily life where he is expected to provide excellent customer service. Do not recommend. The whole company is losing their touch. What a shame!

This Chic-fil-a never disappoints. The whole staff are courteous and helpful.It was horribly busy, do I can't really blame the staff for regularly check up on us and I had to get my refill at the counter.

This dumb place has no refill station for self-service for your drink. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOREVER IN LINE JUST TO GET A REFILL. STUPID ALL AROUND.

Love this chick fil a location, good service and clean location. Love it. Good overall.
I love Chick-fil-A and always get excellent service at other locations. But this location needs to work on their customer service skills. To start with my order was incorrect salad had cheese when it was asked with no cheese. And kids meal was suppose to have fruit cup and they gave me fries instead. Also when my son went to get sun joy one of the managers Isaiah decide to give him sweet tea. When I go again to ask for sunjoy and explain to the manager it not the correct drink he tells me “then throw it away”. I admit I was shocked by his response. I go over to the trash can and pour out the drink. Then he decides to give me sunjoy and of course with a mad look on his face. Then I go to the counter to exchange my son’s toy for an ice cream since he has been standing for almost 10 min waiting for someone to acknowledge him. The workers pass beside me and not one single one asked me if I need something then I tell one of them if he could help then finally I get assistance. This location needs to have better judgement on the time of hiring and definitely better knowledge with management. I am not going back to this location ever any other location will be my first option even if this one is closer.

I don't usually leave reviews for fast food places and when I do come to this chick fil a, I always leave satisfied but unfortunately for me today wasn't that type of day. I enjoyed my food and my chicken sandwich till I found a long red hair in it!!! amazing right ? but anyways keep ur hair out my food redhead in the kitchen!!
