I love chicfila and their delicious food. The reason I won’t give it a 5 star would be because I kindly asked for no tomatoes and toasted buns, the lady at the window even repeated my order but once I got home it had tomatoes and buns weren’t even buttered ?

They forgot to give me a 12 piece nugget. I had to drive 20 mins over there, and 20 mins back while my kids and their cousins had to share meals so they could all eat. I would've been nice for them to throw in something extra since they messed up. But they didn't offer. The best they could do was have me drive back to give me the food they didn't give me the 1st time .
The team is very kind and helpful, the ladies are very welcoming and definitely will be coming back again, fries which are the most important are a 10/10

Management and staff are horrible. Ordered food to be delivered between 1:46-2pm, I didn’t get it till 2:30. Chicken nuggets and fries were cold. I reached out to management and they wanted to just shut me up and give some pity dessert! Save it, and do better!!
