There was a gentleman serving the chicken salad today and he was awesome. It was our first time here and he took the time to explain the salad choices and give us samples. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful as well. The food is good and the restaurant was clean. The decor was so cute and added to the good atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Went for an early lunch. Only one employee at the counter who was moving at minimum speed. Another two peeked out, but didn’t acknowledge me. I waited 10 minutes with no attention and I walked out. They lost today’s sale & any future business.

This was my first time trying this place out and was not disappointed. I ordered online and it was very easy and not confusing. I ordered the croissant chicken salad sandwich with the pasta salad and they were both fresh and good. The croissant wasn’t hard and the chicken salad was made good. Service was helpful and nice as well. I will be coming back for more 👍🏻

The chicken salad here is really good and so is the pasta salad. I got the Buffalo chicken salad on Jalapeño bread and the Mexican street corn pasta salad. My mom got the old fashioned on a croissant with tomato with a side of the pineapple pecan.

I normally don't not leave reviews but this incident was beyond ridiculous. We went to the Chicken Salad Factory in Mission. We ordered and my Wife ask for a bottle water. Cashier stated that they ran out. Wife asked if she could bring in her own open water bottle. Cashier said I'm not sure let me ask. They asked the Manager she said no. So I asked ok since you all don't have water bottles you can't let us bring one in and we were told no. Customer service is everything and this is my favorite place. I will no longer be giving them my Business. Please be aware especially for those that cannot have caffeine or acidic beverages.

Oh my goodness everything was so delicious! The experience was wonderful as well as soon as we walked in we were well taken care of. It was our first time trying out the food at this establishment. The staff was so helpful and offered us samples to see what we would enjoy most out of the variety of chicken salads that are offered. My expectations were exceeded! 1000 RECOMMEND

Scoops were too small not much to choose from on salad topping and overly priced. Chicken salad was ok but had consistency of tuna fish. I prefer more chunks. Will probably not return. Total was 20.00 for 1 salad with 3 small scoops, mandarin oranges, cherry tomato and supper thin apple slices.
