His customer service and positive attitude really stood out and made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—his suggestions did not disappoint. Love Chicken Salad Factory!!! I’ve been to both locations Edinburg and McAllen locations!!! Friendly staff at both locations!!! Love the Italian pesto chicken salad, broccoli cheddar pasta, white poblano cheddar soup, and chicken poblano sandwich on croissant bread!! Hard to choose a favorite!!!!

I wouldn't know how service is or the food since on the hours it says open on Saturdays (location in Donna) but pull up and its closed. Very misleading..... My wife is been bugging me to get her something from here and to show up and it being closed.... very disappointed had to get me some tacos instead.
The staff was friendly and cordial. A little disappointed with the food though. Ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup but sandwich was cold and the soup was bland. Not worth the price. Don't think I'll be going back. Maybe I should have tried the salad.

There was a gentleman serving the chicken salad today and he was awesome. It was our first time here and he took the time to explain the salad choices and give us samples. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful as well. The food is good and the restaurant was clean. The decor was so cute and added to the good atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
