I normally don't not leave reviews but this incident was beyond ridiculous. We went to the Chicken Salad Factory in Mission. We ordered and my Wife ask for a bottle water. Cashier stated that they ran out. Wife asked if she could bring in her own open water bottle. Cashier said I'm not sure let me ask. They asked the Manager she said no. So I asked ok since you all don't have water bottles you can't let us bring one in and we were told no. Customer service is everything and this is my favorite place. I will no longer be giving them my Business. Please be aware especially for those that cannot have caffeine or acidic beverages.

Oh my goodness everything was so delicious! The experience was wonderful as well as soon as we walked in we were well taken care of. It was our first time trying out the food at this establishment. The staff was so helpful and offered us samples to see what we would enjoy most out of the variety of chicken salads that are offered. My expectations were exceeded! 1000 RECOMMEND

Scoops were too small not much to choose from on salad topping and overly priced. Chicken salad was ok but had consistency of tuna fish. I prefer more chunks. Will probably not return. Total was 20.00 for 1 salad with 3 small scoops, mandarin oranges, cherry tomato and supper thin apple slices.

Beautiful little place. The food is delicious, recommend the Waldorf and Pineapple Pecan, absolutely delicious. If it’s your first time here, do not feel overwhelmed, they allow you to sample the chicken salad. Will definitely be returning!

Food was delicious. The workers really need to know the calories of the breads they are serving. I asked for the bread with fewest calories and they didn’t know the answer. Will go back for sure.
I love the food but unfortunately labor is not used to its best capacity here. Every time I visit this restaurant there will be 3 to 4 employees on the food line just staring waiting to just place toppings on a sandwich or wrap. Which is very unfortunate because the build up of people is typically held up at the very beginning where more help is needed… I call to place an order over the phone which usually results in a wait time of 10min or more. Positions and employee responsibility/sense of urgency needs to reevaluated.

First time here and wasn't disappointed. Chicken Salad was delicious, as were the pasta salads we tried (specifically the teriyaki and roasted red pepper). Service was quick and friendly. Loved the atmosphere.
