This was our first time visiting Chicken Salad Factory, and Joel made the experience outstanding! He walked us through the entire menu, offered samples, and gave us excellent recommendations. His customer service and positive attitude really stood out and made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—his suggestions did not disappoint. Thanks to Joel, we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I was more than impressed. Me and my wife went for a quick bite and I got thrown back by all the choices. The great thing is they let you sample! Customer service was great. We’ll be coming back for sure!
