Food is okay but the owner or management is horrible. Food is just okay, nothing special. Prices are a bit high considering the quality of food. Not very clean. More flies in here than at an outdoor taco place. My main complaint is against the owners/management. No matter how full or empty the restaurant is they sit you where they want. Even if we're the only ones in here. And the way the yell at you when you're walking toward a table/booth you want. Next time I'm turning on my google translate to see what the heck they're yelling at us. I'll stick to HEB Chinese food until Lotus Inn opens

My grandkids love it here but the man and women greeting need customer service i asked for a back table refused and told this is what we have I explained I was waiting on more he ignored me ?I was waiting I explained to the waitress and the lady came she yelled at the waitress ticket ticket waitress yelled more ppl and she walked off in talking loud in her language I was what wrong with youI give the waitress 4 stars ⭐️ she was polite and nice ? but the rest 1 ⭐️Sorry never coming back

Been coming here for years. It had been awhile though. Came in greeted by a different woman than the one that’s been usually here. This lady is RUDE RUDE RUDE. She didn’t let us sit where we wanted, told me I couldn’t use a clean napkin to grab the thongs. Got mad because I didn’t understand her really choppy accent. Well, if you don’t want me grabbing with a napkin, you Should provide gloves. Luckily, I had some in the car. You just lost a loyal customer due to your ugly, nasty, no customer service attitude.

Great food, great atmosphere, owners are always welcoming and kind. Do not listen to bad reviews about the owners from some ladies called angel and mary, those ladies literally had half of their party walk out on the bill and then they tried accusing the owners of being racist. Hope they got banned, horrible people who obviously use that tactic to try and get out of paying. Love it hereeee, forever recommend.

I come here all the time and have never had any issues with the waiters or management of this restaurant. The food is great, and the environment is calm and friendly. This is my wife and I’s favorite restaurant to go to for a quiet night out. We stand with china cafe.

This place was horrible, from the very start as soon as we walked in one of the supposed owners (the guy) was being so ugly and rude. His attitude and customer service was absolutely disgraceful. And then the girl owner too she lied about there not being any managers at the time but when we asked the waitress she said they didn’t have managers because they were the owners. We're never coming back again and I’ll be letting my friends and family know about these racist owners and what a terrible experience we had here. Ohh and they blamed there bad no NASTY attitude “not eating” like if they were children.
