Came here today with my son specifically for burritos, when we got to order the employee said they didn’t have tortillas for burritos so we went ahead and ordered a bowl and once we were about to pay they had burrito tortillas by the to go area. When I asked the woman who was ringing me up who claimed to be the manager said those were specifically ONLINE orders only. I then told her her employee informed me they were doing that had I’d have just ordered online and waited in my car for my burrito. Manager was very rude didn’t apologize, care or offer any type of solution just offered to move my food to a tortilla instead of remaking my food. Never had issues at this location DO better.

I visited the Chipotle location on Ware Road and the expressway on Monday evening around 5:30-6:00 PM, expecting a quick and smooth experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service and food availability.
Upon arrival, I found that there were no meats, vegetables, or beans ready to be served—all the food pans were empty. I waited about 30 minutes, watching some meat being grilled, only to find out it was steak, not chicken, which I had been waiting for. The chicken took additional time to be prepared, and meanwhile, I saw them start cooking vegetables and beans—basic items that should have already been ready, especially during peak dinner hours.
Another customer mentioned that while he has visited other Chipotle locations without issue, this particular location has consistently had problems with food availability. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for the chicken, yet other ingredients were still missing. Frustrated and short on options, I settled for a taco.
To make matters worse, when my order was finally put together, a scoop of extremely spicy salsa was added without my request. Although my meal was comped as an apology, the salsa was so overwhelmingly hot that neither my wife nor I could finish our food. After spending nearly an hour at Chipotle, we left disappointed and still hungry.
This experience reflects poor management and a lack of preparation from the staff. Several employees were standing around, with some stating they weren’t authorized to grill meat, which suggests a staffing or managerial issue. I also witnessed multiple customers walk out without ordering due to the long wait times.
A chain like Chipotle should have food ready to serve, especially during peak hours. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, and I hope the owner or franchise management addresses these ongoing issues. Until then, I don’t see myself returning to this location.

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants unfortunately I encountered that this location is one of the most disgusting and dirty. On top of it they didn’t have enough of the basic ingredients, no sofritas neither barbacoa or not even straws and natural drinks.

Horrible ! I came in to get my usual and never again !! The costumer in front of me was being attended by the worker and he kindly asked for more portion of protein as the worker literally put like nothing and she rolled her eyes and said it would be an extra charge !! He ended up saying he didn’t want his bowl anymore and as he walked away she cussed under her breath and aggressively threw the bowl away. I left right away because I was not about to be attended by a rude worker. This happens very often where the employee gives really bad portions as if it’s coming out of their paycheck. Invest in better employees chipotle

The restaurant was very busy and had a significant line of patrons waitIng. The serving area was messy from employees filling empty food bins as fast as they could trying and keep up. Gloria (Manager) took the initiative to stop and clean up the serving line after noticing the condition.
Well done Gloria!!!

Why open at 10:45 if you're not prepared to do anything until after 11? Seriously, it's better not opening the doors if you just want us to watch you all goof around and ignore the growing lines.

Ive stopped here 4 times this week and 3/4 times there is only 1 person making the bowls/burritos while there is a long line of people waiting. Sometimes the person making the meals is actually at the register also. Not sure if its always like this but this is just my observation of the times i went by this week. Food is great, great atmosphere, its just the lack of workers to help move the line a little quicker.

Picked up bowls tonight at Ware and Expressway location. The rice was not cooked properly at all. You all need to try your food before serving public

There was no pico de gallo and the drinks were limited to two options; they ran out of drinks and it was still dinner time. The facilities overall look run down with equipment in the tables as if they were undergoing repairs. The atmosphere makes you want to leave the place immediately.

This is true about this location and all others in the Valley. We have little ones (4 and 6) When I ask for a kids meal with a quesadilla, my kids (being kids) don’t like the meat in the quesadilla… here in the valley that’s an extra $3-5 dollars… not sure what is so hard about putting the chicken on the side in the empty space… anywhere else in the US , no problem, but here is just not possible. And I’m not asking for extra meat, all I ask is, “the amount of meat you were planning on putting IN the quesadilla, just dump it on the empty space”… but that move is an extra $5!??!? And then to add to the insult, the meat that they did add was nothing but a blob of fat.

Walked in with my wife and they had nothing fresh. they had little chicken on the line and was barely making any to put out. they gave my wife only the scraps of what was left and i asked is there any more possibly to put. and they said it will be extra. it was only a tiny bit of chicken they ended up putting. how is it extra?? My food was extremely cold. the rice and beans were very cold. my choice of meat was cold to the touch. as soon as me and my wife sat down we saw an employee with a bowl and having cheese and was never put out on the line. coming from management. i was highly upset to see so many employees doing nothing. i saw a lack of leadership and communication between employees was constantly talking about how they were gonna quit. how they are gonna get fired and foul language. i come from working customer service and they store highly seemed under bad management. we came around 8:00Pm on a friday Night. and they looked like they were already closing. i could understand if you are near closing nothing have so much food. chilling around and having a employee drink. but ive never seen so many customers walk out being only 8 at a time night because of lack of food on the line and how the staff were acting. who ever the night manager was around 8:00 or 8:30. needs to be let know how their actions affect the whole night. i will not be returning to this chipotle and hope they find out what is going on inside and they fix their employees into shape.
