I went in around 8 and had to wait for a pretty good while. I didn’t mind waiting because i understood it was busy. But when it was finally my turn to order, there was ONLY pork for protein and ONLY pinto beans, and NO LETTUCE. I felt like there wasn’t many options and to top it off, I was treated very rudely by a girl who was on the register. But she was laughing away with the boys in the back. I was very disappointed and left chipotle in a bad mood. I understand they were busy, but I would have appreciated if the cashier would have made me feel welcomed.

Friendly staff. Don't know if it's my eyes playing tricks on me, but the burritos have less stuff inside of them. There are many other options out there that won't break the bank like Chipotle. Place not the cleanest either.

This place is always so filthy and the servers seems so rude , like WTH!! We pay your salaries. I asked the lady about their barbacoa they had advertised and she said oh that’s the other meat, meanwhile the sign said “try our braised slow cooked barbacoa” then I said , what about that one , where it says barbacoa and then she looms and says oh, …. Ok what would you like ? Fn oblivious , and of course proceeds to give me the smallest portion. I smiled and said thank you but utter disdain inside. Nobody cares at this particular location and it’s in north McAllen. Total waste of one’s money to come here. Try a different one.

I placed a mobile order and got what looks like a half-eaten bowl?? This location is usually pretty good with giving an adequate serving amount, but I’m sorry what is this?? You can’t even try to make an excuse for this. And then I try to call the store to make a complaint and the automatic operator says they can’t direct me to a store member because “they need to focus on making burritos”?? But they can’t even make a burrito bowl correctly?

Chipotle is now a complete ripoff. $12 for a Burrito that is way small and nothing but beans and rice and a few chunks of meat. No sides, no utensils , no napkins no nothing for $12. Corporate greed at its finest .
