I’m leaving this glowing review because of three specific staff members who consistently make my visits great. Every Wednesday after church, I come in and order three orders of the steak crunchy tacos, each with a whole list of ingredients on the side (for all three orders). It’s… a lot, I know.
But AJ, Elias, and German never miss. Last night they got everything perfectly prepared, all with a smile, and were total good sports about my complicated order. Any time one of them is working, I know I’ll be treated kindly, taken care of, and never made to feel like a burden for asking for everything on the side.
Their customer service truly stands out and I want to commend them for it, because this level of care isn’t something I get from everyone on staff.

20$ total for extra steak don't get a burrito from here . Serving sizes wouldn't even fuel a child. My burrito was the size of a coke can. Awful

The food is good but man i wish they would pay someone just to clean. Every time we come it seem that their is no one in charge of the cleaning. Tables, floor, chairs every were is dirty. I love chipotle but oh my. I can only imagine behind the kitchen.

Nice kids, kinda give off brand euphoria vibes. They were chill when I asked for more beans since I was only getting rice and beans (no meat.) Food is good and the kitchen people were HUSTLING. Very nice experience.

They forgot the chips and salsa in my delivery order. I spoke with DoorDash that told me to speak with them. They did not have a way to talk to a live person and kept saying DoorDash was responsible. Which they might have been but my order was in a sealed bag. Chipotle just failed to put my food in.

As you walk in most of the tables with the minimum of 5 (two seaters) were dirty. Once in the line they were friendly. At check out, the cashier wasn’t a happy camper. She was rude and provided a handful of attitude. Maybe she was hangry because her and the ones serving the food were eating in between customers. Not to mention not sanitary because they don’t wash hands and the gloves aren’t switched between eating and serving. Now to the food- rice was mushy and the chips were stale. Upon informing the cashier, she simply replied, “they are from today”. A younger gentleman said, “Well here, there’s another one”. When approached with the drinks, they stated they aren’t doing tea because of the time. The time we came in was 8:54 to 9:19 pm. The bathroom was worse, out of toilet paper 😒 and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to fix that. Overall, it was a disappointment that this establishment is not taken care of and these young kiddos don’t care. Maybe they are overworked, overwhelmed or hungry. But I won’t be returning. There was 11 people working so I don’t think it was because they were understaffed.

9pm and I paid $10 for a half ingredient burrito? No rice no veggies etc. portions of the other items could’ve been alot bigger if they’re out of others. Girl at the register was paying more attention to the boys in the back then the costumers very disappointed never going back. Not worth a tortilla with cheese only.
