Ordered ubereats and the messed up whole order. Aside from the fact I paid $58 for two burritos with chips. Highway robbery and terrible service. And my bag wasn’t even secured closed.

Never do reviews but this experience was just that lame. Walked in for a burrito. After they put the rice and beans in I was told it was a 20-25 min wait to get steak (what are they using the sun to cook it?) and to “order on the app if I really wanted it”Down. Hill.

This was one of my favorite places to eat at until they made certain ingredients available through online order only. Half of the restaurant was just waiting for their mobile pick up order even though they showed up to dine in. CHIPOTLE PLEASE FIX THIS.

Ordered 2 bowls for takeout that came home looking identical. Minimal rice and minimal protein.. overload of beans and lettuce to make it look fuller. Im extremely bothered at how they allowed this to go to a customer.

I love chipotle! I always get a double wrap burrito with the barbacoa, white rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, guac, cheese and lettuce. The service is always 10/10 whenever I go, the food is great and I love the vibes whenever I sit down to eat.
For a store that advertises " clean eating" this place was anything but. At 7:45 pm they were out of all the meats except chicken. They had no white rice or vegetables or black beans. They offered nothing compensation for not having what we wanted and the portion size they served didn't even 1/2 way fill the bowl. The dining room was filthy and trash overflowing.

Ordered a bowl. Wanted some of the veggies (onions and pepper). The guy literally took the last burnt piece of onion and pepper and that was it. Couldn't wait the 5 seconds to wait for the fresh batch. Same was almost the case when i asked for the corn. Luckily the fresh batch was right behind him so I asked him to add that. Very shady serving. Chipotle needs to standardize their portions

Do not order delivery!!! I had to since I have no car right now but my bowl literally has like only 5-8 strips of lettuce. I also asked for extra veggies and there’s barely a sufficient regular amount. I thought I was choosing a healthier meal but nope. Not to mention they charge more than the regular menu price for delivery (and it ends up being a door dash driver). Never had much of an issue in person except for having to insist on more veggies.

Literally the worst customer service, all the guys who work the pm shift are LAZY… it was 9:25 and they had no food pretty much giving us no option but to leave… everytime i go its a bad experience.. do better
