Biscuits cold,chicken appeared to be not fully cooked,no corn available. There was trays with foif left overs on tables. Dirty mens restroom,ladies restroom not working.There was a homeless individual making faces to customers...the list of negatives keep going on...not coming back ever again!!!

I have received great service both at the drive thru and inside while ordering. The manager is right in there with the staff helping push out orders. Fresh fried chicken. Taste was great. Sides were good also. We don't usually frequent fried chicken, but this location has always been exceptionally great when the craving hits.

Ordered a spicy chicken family meal and it was not spicy, also did not get my second order of mashed potatoes. Called to ask and see if anything could be fixed and Jessica said the order was correct that she put spicy chicken, it was not. Had an attitude and was rude. We call right away and they never answer after one hour they call and she said she wants the chicken back . Bad service

Place wasn't busy . Waste of money and I call and no one pick up the phone.. more than 6 time I call and no answer. I don't recommend this place. Bad service. GO TO POLLO PALENQUE!!!!!

The food was terrible...the chicken was reheated and that's why everything was dry and overcooked. And then you tell them that it's wrong and the only thing they tell you is that all the chicken is the same and that they don't reheat it. Because the bone was so overheated, it was left without meat when it was stretched a little.
