The shift manager was not respectful horrible customer service, it was 8 p.m. no chicken, long line in the drive-thru, no wet floor signs (safety hazard). I couldn't believe the unprofessional management crew that was on shift. This seriously needs to be addressed.

Yesterday we passed the window at Pecan and Wareroad, around 5pm. Definitely the very poor quality, the strips were extremely loaded with flour, we bought 7. The corn was VERY OLD, raw and tasteless. The bread no longer tastes like maple. The girl at the window asked me for my tkt and she didn't give it back to me, the order included a soft drink and she didn't give it to me!! Everything was bad and EVERYTHING went to the trash when it arrived, no one wanted to eat it. VDD has drastically lowered the quality of its products. I won't buy again and we were big fans of their chicken???

The chicken is great food is good but their staff were not really they keep taking to each other not paying attention to what they were doing this is the second time that they give me the incorrect change and I ask for a soda small no ice and the gentleman gives me a large with alot of ice .

Its churches. Great chicken, but staff is questionable. The only issue is that every time I ask for spicy, they don't have it ready. Takes 10 minutes to 20 minutes. Sometimes , feel like they say that it takes that long , so they don't have to make it, hoping the customer will just order something different.

Thought I would give them 1 more chance. They forgot the buiscuts and bombers and the food quality is poor given how long you have wait. People, take note the parking lot is always empty. Dont waste your time as my family has.
