Out of town visitor coming in to eat with the family and a Wednesday afternoon. The buffet was empty. The ranch tasted off. The chicken noodle soup was just broth, no chicken, no veggies. They had no brownies. When I asked about the brownies I was told they ran out. Brother ordered custom pizza twice but they never called his name for it? I guess they just add it to the buffet line. Game room had a couple of machines out of order. Expensive games with little chance to win prizes. Overall I was pretty disappointed with my visit. I chalked it up to very young employees. The older lady I am to believe was the manager was usually on her phone when I would go up to ask questions to the other employees.

My mother and I were informed that would have to wait 6 hours for brownies to be put out on the buffet as per they're policy which was told to us by staff and store manager. Mother explained how physics wise brownies don't take that long to cool. She was then told she would need to sign a consent form that she would eat them at her own risk.

I have no complaints from this place. The pizza was good, the price was good, and the service was great. Employees were very helpful.
The customers eat like animals, but I suppose that's to be expected in a buffet. One girl singlehandedly took about 3/4ths of a full cinnamon roll that is meant for multiple people. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the next, but that's not the establishment's fault.

food was stale, manager for some odd reason assumed i didn’t pay my entry, got drink charged twice, and they were staring rudely the remainder of the time we were there… bad service overall.
We always go to Cicis pizza never have I had an issue till we went to eat & got over charged for my 2 year old $8 when I called to Weslaco spoke to manager told me it was 1.98 for a kid asked if price varied through different location he stated that all had same price. I spoke to Armando. T manager from McAllen and was try to tell me I was wrong when I had other manager on the phone telling him he was wrong didn’t wanna refund my money till ask for his manager mind you this man had an attitude from the beginning & told me he was the manager nobody was there. I was just asking nicely. Overall food was also very cold .

‼️DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ‼️ they had no ice, no pizzas ready, cashiers worked very slow and had a long line, not to mention half of the games don’t work do not recommend this place at all
