We went at 6pm so it was very busy. The employees had a hard time keeping pizza on the buffet and tables cleaned. There were a lot of employees but not working hard. About three employees were doing the work for everyone it was very sad to see. There wasn’t that much variety everything on the buffet had pepperoni and another topping.(pep/mush, pep/jalapeño, pep/pineapple, pep/ sausage) I don’t eat pepperonis so it really limited my options. We used coupons making the buffet 4.99 the food was worth it but I would have been very disappointed paying full price.

My husband was charged wrong, the pizza was undercooked, the restrooms were disgusting. Feces and liquid pouring out of the toilets and floors. The “manager” didn’t even bother to give me his face, instead sent Javi to figure it out for us. We received a partial refund after being charged wrong. Such a shame this location used to be good.

Don’t go here, pizza is bland asf, I went on a Tuesday to get the adult buffet discount, the clerk guy didn’t give me the discount right he away. I asked about it and he get if I had a pic of the ad I saw for this discount… I was like really?? I right away pulled out my phone and showed it to him and then he gave me the discount. He hands me 3 cups, all of the have spots like if they don’t wash them right, I ask for new cups that are a little less dirty, there’s also MOLD on the ceiling, don’t recommend going here

Recently went for a work function. Hadn't been at this.location in years...most of the ceiling tiles have mold or dust on them..place seems so dirty and dingy..definitely won't be going back. Customer service was great though.

I really hope the owner sees this post. It’s a 6:40 PM on a Sunday evening mind you this place closes at 10 PM at night and it seemed that there was 15 minutes to go before closing . Upon arriving only two employees, one making pizzas and one cashier helping the other gentlemen making pizzas were only in the front. There were no pizzas on the buffet, table no lettuce , no vegetables, no soups and no pasta and not to mention the whole entire place was dirty and filthy. After waiting around for a few minutes, I asked one of the two boys to ask for the manager. The manager Maria Ocanas walks out from being in the back with her son (also a worker) and another worker, I then explain to her that her establishment that she is so-called running is a filth and is disgusting, I tell her she needs to be a manager and be out here and manage instead of being in the phone in the back! She then really rolled her eyes at me is very rude disrespectful and seems as if she hates her job! If this place has cameras in the back I would ask corporate and to go back to this date and time to verify her on the phone instead of doing her job! I would never come back and i will make sure that everyone knows this about this CICIs in McAllen Texas! I would not even give this place 1 star to be honest!

Parking: The parking is somewhat limited for up close parking depending on what time of day.
Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for about 6 mo. You can but it is a buffet so, it depends on how comfortable you are and if you have someone to assist you.

One of the worst places to eat. I walked in with my daughter. And there was really no pizza made. And what there was it was cold. No pasta just little pieces at the very bottom. Never would come back. And the price is ridiculous for cold what was left pizza.
