Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy some pizza. Cicis remains one of the most affordable spots for the amount of food you can eat. The pizza is great for its price range, with tons of different flavors available, and if you don’t see what you want out on the buffet, you can always order one for yourself! On the downside, the drinks were subpar and the machine wasn’t working properly during my visit. The restaurant also feels a bit dated—the colors and furniture could use an update to feel more modern. It seemed like the AC wasn’t working well either, as there were 3 or 4 industrial-sized fans set up between the tables. Overall, if you’re looking for inexpensive pizza with a lot of options and has a good flavor, Cicis is still a solid choice.

I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years. I was very disappointed. This time that I came floors were filthy. It was hot no Ac, new staff which had a no customer service very rude. I asked for two pizzas and they just threw me the paper and pen. I never got my pizzas. There’s a little window where you can see the “cook” Young guy was scratching his head in the back picked up his cap then rubbed his forearm with his nose. Disgusting. Sorry, Cici, you just lost a loyal customer. Look at them all just chilling there. Where was pizzas?

Came in to get a take out order and was told by the lady at the register in a rude way that this was a buffet and they don't do take out orders. I have worked at cicis in indianapolis and I know that they offer takeout and there is even a sign with prices for takeout but was still refused takeout order and told they can't help us.

We came in after 9pm. They close at ten. They were courteous and helpful. Even while closing down and cleaning offered to make us a personalized pizza. No rushing us through. The buffet was stocked at all times. Good salad bar too. The place was clean and the music was gnarly. Keep up the great work. Five stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Paid about $13 per person for the buffet plus drink. The food tasted low quality, but decent. The brownies were replaced by this dessert that can’t compete , please bring the brownies back to make it a little more worth coming.

Disgusting! Went in at 12, the salad mix hadn't been changed in days, the cucumbers and pickles had white fuzz growing on the outside of every slice. It was EVIDENT that the salad bar hadn't been changed in days. I requested fresh salad ingredients and had quite the experience with the worker they had replace the salad bar. While we ate, he came over and just stood next to my family, including my 1 year old almost like he was trying to intimidate us. He's a bigger guy, 6 feet, maybe 280/300lbs. I was reading the subtitles of bugs bunny to my daughter because she's hard of hearing and I read Bugs entering Taz into a dog show. He then proceeded to lecture my family and I over 5 minutes about about how Taz isn't a dog and how I'm a dummy and an idiot for not knowing that. What a strange encounter! We had to completely ignore him for him to go. Never going back.
