Customer Service is nonexistent at this location. I stood at their counter next to the card reader for a good 30 minutes with no interaction from any of the staff members. When I asked if I can get some help, one guy decided to let me know that their line is shared with their neighboring establishment, Anne’s Pretzels. When I asked why I wasn’t given this information earlier, the employee just shrugged. Every customer who was in line with me heard the new information quickly merged with the pretzel line. I decided to just leave rather to get in a whole new line. A posted sign or a simple acknowledgement from an employee would have helped, but that would have been too convenient, I guess.

This place has really good cinammon rolls but worst customer service service ever they are so slow they always have alot of people working in the back and no one in the registers they just see you and thats it

This Business has NO Customer Service what so ever !!! They have a VERY slow pace Employees working there, they really take advantage of working by the Hour !! Sad to have this kind of Business at La Plaza Mall. Through out my visit I experienced lack of leadership all employees were in there on world the guy at the register didn't even acknowledge you I had to approach and even say good afternoon I seriously don't recommend this location, your better off going elsewhere
