Too overpriced and not very tasty. It was too much chocolate syrup...and just not really worth it. I'm not gonna come back, to be honest. And it was way too hot inside, ice cream was melting faster than expected indoors.

Went at night, some dude didn’t let me finish my sentence when asking where the restroom is and replied super rude. Then some girl in a cap was giving CRAZY attitude while I ordered my bowl which she ended up giving me a bowl with a waffle cone? Maybe I made the mistake there. When my friends and I were outside, I got up to go throw trash inside. As soon as I stood up from my chair outside the same dude immediately locked the front door. I’m assuming they close at 10, seeing it was 9:57 it’s a bit weird to lock to door in front of me? I get days are long and customers are rude, but damn I was just trynna get some banana ice cream. Anyways thanks for the awful customer service! And to the dude and girl in a cap; maybe practice people skills ! :)

Flavor excellent understaffed, which makes u wait a lot the store doesn’t have Ac working properly so everybody’s sweating in there by the time you get your ice cream it’s almost melted

Stopped by to try one of the monthly specials. Our first visit here. The staff was great. They made sure to make our order the way we wanted. Very clean store. So many flavors to choose from. Then do I get a cone or cup. My wife got the waffle cone. She thought it had a chocolate dipped bottom. Alas it did not. So Ii helped her eat it. I like getting mine in a cup. The heir rewards app is great. It's easy to earn points for rewards. We will be back

This location has the best customer service. The manager Jeff was training another employee at this location he was very polite and patient with him and when Jeff attended me as well my gift card was having issues with system. He was very helpful and had excellent customer service and insight. He was able to help adjust the issue.
