Cafe was not very busy before noon on a Saturday. No line and plenty of open tables. You place your order and pay at the counter. You receive a number and your food is delivered to your table. Everyone was friendly and place was clean. I ordered garden breakfast. It was hot, but lacking of any flavor. Fresh fruit was ok, some was under-ripe and hard. The bread was fantastic.

Disappointed at Corner Bakery Café – Palms Crossing
I stopped by the Palms Crossing Corner Bakery Café the other day for a quick iced coffee and a pastry. When I walked in, the place looked nice and was surprisingly empty for a Saturday morning. There was no line, so I walked right up to the counter and placed my order.
The pastry was handed to me right away, and I was told my iced coffee would be brought out shortly. Wanting to enjoy both together, I waited... and waited. After 5 minutes, I started nibbling at the pastry because I was getting hungry. Ten minutes passed, the pastry was gone, and still no coffee. At the 15-minute mark, I checked my receipt — 10:59 AM. It was now 11:16.
Assuming they had forgotten my drink, I went to the counter. A second employee came over, noticeably irritated by my question, and curtly said there was a line of coffees ahead of mine. I looked around at the nearly empty café and asked how long it normally takes. She sharply replied, “3 to 5 minutes.” I let her know I had been waiting over 15. Her response? “We’ll get yours to you when it’s done.” No apology, no accountability, and a clear lack of customer service.
It was an iced coffee — not exactly a complex order. The dismissive attitude and excessive delay for such a simple item left a bad taste. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and based on how quiet the café was on a Saturday morning, maybe others feel the same way.

Nice place to spend time for a treat and relax with love ones.. clean and employee was nice and helpful. We got a chocolate muffin which was delicious. Very chocolaty and moist. Also got a traditional cinnamon roll. Daughter said it was good :). Lemonade tasted fresh squeezed and not too sweet, was refreshing.

Evertime i stop by for breakfast early in AM they have the rudest employees. Walk in just stare at you no Good morning , no people skills. It a shame the food is great just staff lacks customer service alot. In lunch time is worse when there taking your order the employee on his or her phone and giggling . I been coming to this place for longest time .

The one on 83 is the one I like to go to, I love the salads and paninis. The coffee and bakery are also very delicious 😋

i was supposed to get a refund on my soup… 3 weeks ago…. i called after the first week and they said they’d get back to me; never did. then i called back 3 days after and also got told they’d call back… didn’t. call. back. it’s just a refund for a soup. how hard is it to press buttons and communicate?

The issue with this place is the service, perhaps it was bad luck that the manager was in a bad mood, being the first time they didn't offer us options. It's a shame the concept is good but I would hardly come back, the food is average
