Bad Sevice. I called in the morning at 9:15 am for my order pick up . I’m so busy in the morning getting for work so that’s why I call early then at 10:00 am I be there and they not ready for my order yet. Unbelievable. They ruined my day with no food go to work 🥹😕

It's losing its quality. Cooks are not delivering what is on the menu, they are too busy talking and making jokes. The grey haired lady, didn't greet customers and was too busy joking with cooks when there was a line and only one cashier. I was next in line, and waited 15 minutes in line. Took the cooks 20 minutes to get my food that was cold and half made green-chil-sandwitch. Tables are not being cleaned after someone finishes eating, they stay dirty for a long while. Coffee is cold, and empty. I was even afraid to eat the dessert.

I waited 15 minutes in line just to order with only one person in front of me at the cash register. Waited an addition 30 minutes for ice cold food. In addition to the long wait and cold food, the full menu was not available. Would NOT recommend this establishment. The location on ware road is much better. Attached is what the panini is supposed to look like and what mine looked like.

I used to love coming to this place, however recently I experienced extremely poor and unbelievably rude service, I felt I had to write a negative review. (I never do) I went in and ordered a pasta, the cashier gets disgusted and annoyed and says really? A pasta? And then the cook says ugh really, and all the workers behind the counter were extremely rude about this, and all very loudly right in front of me, making me feel guilty and embarrassed I ended up ordering a sandwich. Service here has always been relatively rude, but having liked the food I ignored it, but this time was too much. I don’t think i’ll come back, food is good but I don’t want to support negativity. Either new management is needed or a new attitude is needed, and for everyone to get the stick out of their butt.

Great place to have a meal with friends or family. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. However, no one ever goes to check up on your table to see if anything else is needed.

Nolan’s location in McAllen. Had the panini chicken sandwich with a Cesar salad and it was absolutely gross. The sandwich looked like they threw it together with all the possible Mayo they had back there. The salad was drenched in dressing and not edible. The employees were talking super loud and caused a very unpleasant visit. Employees and what seemed like a manger were cussing super loud and it was overall less than one star but one star is the minimum. Would not visit again and definitely never this location.

With much anticipation I finally came to corner bakery. All the way from Brownsville. I Decided to treat myself. Only to be disappointed by the long wait for my cold food and rock hard potatoes. I could pick on this place more but as I can see others already have. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

We've been coming here for over nine years. I have seen the decline in service and quality of this place. Dirty and smelly eating area, tables are sticky because they need to get refurbished that varnish had its good days. At this point this place needs a mayor deep deep deep cleaning, a new crew that's attentive, and that gets your order right from the first take. Our food was okay but the pancakes were too soggy. The potatoes didn't taste fresh either. Please be the Corner Bakery that you used to be.
