We had a party of 40 for dinner tonight. Wonderful food, wonderful drinks and excellent service. Fernando, mgr, was so helpful.
First thing I did when I came back from a vacation that didn't have Mexican food was order from Costa! I think the plate with fajitas is called Panchos Deluxe and the other plate is the Fiesta plate. They were delicious as always.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options like corn tortillas instead of flour. Enchiladas suizas instead of regular enchiladas, since that sauce usually contains flour.

Nice big restaurant with plenty of seating. The prices are reasonable and the plates are well served. Waitress was not very attentive and we had to always wave her down. I'll be back since I liked their menu.
