I love the crispy tacos but this time the tacos were greasy/oily and after every bite grease would drip from the other side of the taco.

Sooo, drive thru cashier seemed like he was in a hurry to take my order (no cars behind me) and was not very polite. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I had a disappointing experience at this DQ. Despite being the only customer in the drive thru, I experienced long delays. The cashier appeared confused about my order, and the staff were unprofessional barely acknowledging me and offering little assistance. I waited over 35 minutes for my order, which ultimately arrived cold. I cannot recommend this location.

I seen with my own eyes a older man whoâs workin there and I saw a lady worker with male worked talk about how they didnât want clean the restroom so they made the old man do and told him that they werenât able to clean but really they just didnât want to that old man shouldnât be doin what the other workers donât wanna

The manager was super lazy wasn't doing anything and gave me my ice cream melted . She had it in the freezer . I asked her to please re make it and she refused ! So bad !! She was just talking with the cooks and she wasn't doing her job ! SOOO RUDE she refused to do her job .. sad for DQ to make this type of persons manager

They were really really slow with bringing my meal to the drive thru
I ordered a Oreo blizzard and was eating it with my friend until this young lady with glasses who was working commented that us customers need to âhelp clean the restaurantâ sarcastically and that âthey know we close at 10â rudely. I was shocked to hear what she said. I did not appreciate that and think she shouldâve kept it to herself. I understand her frustration but that is absolutely unacceptable!
