professional and friendly. The ambiance was great, and my children really enjoyed it. However, the young man at the podium who handles ticket exchanges for prizes was extremely rude and seemed to be in a bad mood. He gave both my children and me an unnecessary attitude for no reason. I was deeply upset by the way he spoke to my children, who are under 10 years old. Because of this experience, I don’t think I will return to this establishment unless he is no longer working there.

honestly was the best experience I had in a while, brought my son their for fathers day and was awesome, very clean place ... best part when I was walking got a free hat for fathers day 💐..

We had an awesome experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to our server, Eric. He was amazing — super attentive, respectful, and made sure we always had drinks and anything else we needed. His great attitude and professionalism really made our visit special.
