As soon as we got in we were greeted with a smile and walked over to our table. The atmosphere was buzzing for a Friday afternoon. As we walked through the restaurant we couldn't help but notice how clean it looked! Our server Roman was very nice and polite. A little quiet, but very helpful and was able to guide us in the right direction as far as what we ordered. We also saw the manager doing table touches and not only helping clean and reset tables, but also helping out with taking orders and assisting the servers. She spoke with us for a bit and my parents noticed she was the same young lady who was killing it a couple weeks back and taking pretty much all the tables by herself! Come to find out the gave her a little promotion and made her a manager! Well deserved! Long story short, our food was nice and hot and served in a timely manner. Good flavor and my dad thought the Red Snapper special was absolutely amazing! Thank you again to Roman and Ruby for making our lunch experience just perfect! We will be back!

NOT authentic Cajun or Creole.
The Boiled shrimp was slightly undercooked with a butter Oregano sauce. No flavor or spice outside of the heavy Oregano flavor.
The gumbo was more Creole than Cajun but lacked flavor, depth of character, and was obviously made from powdered base roux.
If you are going to use powdered roux to make gumbo......Just DON'T.
IT SUCKS.
The shrimp Etoufee was the same, except the shrimp were better because they were lathered in Oregano butter.
If you are going to cook Cajun or Creole, learn your spices and cooking techniques.
Louisiana Cajun Seasoning or Tony Chacheres is a start.
Add some SPICE to that food, Baby!
Make your roux or buy pre-made roux, like Savoi's or Kary's.
Powdered roux is trash, plain and simple. Anyone can go to Walmart and buy that garbage.
This restaurant needs to learn what a Mirepoix is and how ro use it..
Local people may like this place because they don't know any better. But local people are predominantly Hispanic and their traditional food is waaaay better in flavor, so I still question why.
Coom authentic Cajun, and you'll be the talk of the town.
Staff wise, service was very good.
We wanted seafood and dropped in to give this place a try. For starters we both ordered shrimp bisque. This was an excellent way to start the meal and was very tasty. Next we ordered oysters on the half shell topped with garlic. We also ordered the shrimp and fried oysters plate. Both were enough to share. The shrimp and oyster plate were delicious and both were breaded nicely. The oysters on the half shell were good but may have had more garlic for my preference. Our waiter was professional and attentive. I very much loved the decor and the seafood ambience here. Overall a great place to dine and will definitely be back to try other plates.

Food was ok and the bartender was a young lady very nice! Then there was a manager she said was named Lee, he was just all over her very uncomfortable since he’s much older than her. Later I asked another manager some questions about the menu and he seemed very intoxicated! His name was Miguel. Owners should check your managers you have at this location, not very good for business!

The seafood was fantastic! Fresh and flavorful! My bread bowl was perfect with a crunchy outside and hot shrimp bisque on the inside. The shrimp and fish botana was a very large portion size for two. It wasn’t very busy on a Saturday afternoon!

Awesome food 😋 love the Virgin Piña Colada 🥥🌴
Recently did a take-out order and there was a mix-up with the food, but the way the manager handled it was truly impressive. We called to let them know, and he made everything quick and simple — even offered us a free botana without us asking for anything. That level of customer service really stands out.
The food is always delicious, and you definitely need to try the fried scallops — they’re amazing! This place knows how to take care of their customers, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
