Stopped by this weekend and got my usual fix up, cheesy cheddar and butter combination is the best! The manager there Jonathan helped me out so much, he was very kind. He gave me several samples to try the different popcorn. Will always be my go to for popcorn!

Service was great store looked great just my popcorn wasn’t as fluffy or crunchy as I had hoped. But they did offer the combo and I took the great deal! Thanks Doc Pop!

I loved tamiras customer service 10/10 she should be the manager she resolved everything fast not like Carmen on the other hand i went in and got a combo #2 and asked on how to go about the free refill she dismessed me and i asked again then said she wouldnt give it to me that i would have to leave and come back another time during that day or go to the other location I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve seen people get there refills right then and there idk what was so hard for her to do the same to me I’m just glad Tamira helped me out with the refill!

Can’t complain about the popcorn; it’s solid, and I always get the better butter, pizza, or apple crisp. Wanted to redeem a coupon/offer that got sent to me through their automated text service, however the associate that was helping me had to ask other staff member behind the counter if they can honor the discount and he just nonchalantly said “uhhhh we don’t do that”…I left the store pretty disappointed.

We frequent the Doc Popcorn inside HEB Plus. We love the variety of flavors! The customer is amazing! They always put on a new pair of gloves before serving our bags! I often buy extra to share with friends. They also deliver through different delivery platforms.
