Disappointed Ordered for delivery at 2:12pm paid before been on hold for 20min asked to talk to manager they gave the phone to a random employee who answered the phone joking around and said pizza been ready you can come pick it up if you want asked if she was the manager and she said no then finally Mayra the manager came to the phone Didn't resolve anything she told me pizza was in the oven and if I wanted pizza i could go pick it up.

The app said the food was ready. When I got there, they said it was still in the oven. No problem so I waited a few more minutes. Followed up a second time and they said it was still in the oven. Followed up a third time and that was when they said they did not bake the correct pizza. Slap to the face to me who wasted 35 minutes waiting for a pizza that never entered the oven. Would've had no problem waiting, if they did not lie to me and kept me waiting for something that was never going to come...And why say it's ready in the app when it's not!

Every time there has been a problem with our order we contact the store and they are always in a bad mood. I will be explaining the incorrect order and they will place me on hold without saying anything. Every time I have always been very polite but it seems to be that they’re always having a bad day. Maybe because they always mess up? The owner should try giving some crash courses on how to interact with people who aren’t trying to give y'all a hard time!

You all have a delivery driver that drives a small Toyota SUV in blue, it looked like a Toyota CHR. They drove very reckless here on Nolana and 23rd and drove around another vehicle trying to turn and almost hit people on the cross walk. I called to report and whoever answered said the manager was too busy to take the message. Please do better.
They deliver your order in good time and the staff is friendly. I really like pizzas and the option to assemble your pizza the way you want is great. :)
