Do not order beyond 10pm delivery. My order was an hr late and the pizza is cold and the pasta sucks. Lesson learned. No stars at all

Dominos 10th street McAllen
I was alone waiting on the counter for a long time, then another ccustomer went in and they asked him and accomodate him before me?!!!
Dominos workers in 10th street need to have a refresher how to follow the basic process dealing with customer!!!

Horrible service and the staff seemed to be having personal issues with each other. I called to order a pizza and when I arrived 15 minutes later they had given it to another customer. They then had to remake my pizza and it wasn’t given to me till 30 minutes later. When the cashier asked his coworkers if my order was ready they keep ignoring him. I kept seeing people come in and out with their pizzas and mine was no were. I would not recommend! If I could it would be zero stars.

I placed a carry out order for a large pizza and wings. The lady who took our order took our request and placed the order but did not get our name for the order. I called right back to give her our name for the order. The gentleman who took the call took care of placing our name to our order and was kind enough to also allow the order to be a curbside pickup since I have a injury to my leg and have difficulty walking. He advised me to flash the lights on and off to my vehicle and he would take us the order to our vehicle. We did as we were advised but no one came to give us our order. When we called back a lady answered and told us that they would not give us curbside because it wasn't allowed. We informed her that the gentleman we had spoken to said he would take out our order. The lady stated that she had advised the gentleman not to follow through with the curbside because it was not allowed. I had to with difficulty get out of my vehicle and walk in to pick my order up. I believe if the lady was the manager or supervisor the situation could have been handled better and with a bit of compassion.

This is a really big Domino's Pizza. I have never seen one this big before. Great service from the staff and nice pizza. The delivery personnel are all the time arriving to the store for more pizza to be delivered; so they know their business and sell a lot of pizza. Great place!

I placed an order on the app. The app glitched and somehow two orders exactly the same were placed. My app only showed order. Three hours later I get a call from Milo that my order was ready. I informed him we had picked up our order. He looked into it and found that I was charged twice. He quickly offered to refund one of the orders. He was so helpful and very professional. Definitely recommend Milo and this store for their dedication to customer service.

Waited 2 hours for my order then called to find out it was sent to the wrong address . Manager and employee were super rude on the phone. Acted like I did something wrong. VERY unprofessional..I’m still waiting on my refund.

If anyone is planning to order from here when it’s busy, just stay away! I went to pick up an order that I got a notification for as “ready for pick up” and ended up waiting inside for 35 minutes! Everyone seemed overwhelmed. They need better structure and a manager that knows what they’re doing.

Made the mistake of ordering New Year’s Day, employees did not want to work, didn’t bring out my pizza even as they were watching my lights blink and I checked in through app. Finally came inside to pick it up and they were extremely rude. I mean offensively rude too. I always tip even on pick up, but I will never order from this location again. Good job
