They finally got a pizza order they’ve gotten wrong twice before right for the first time, but this time we found a piece of literal wood in one of our pizzas. We have a toddler and are grateful it wasn’t her who ate it. 1/2” piece of something like a cabinet or cutting board baked into the pizza. Three strikes, we’re done.

They are horrendous at customer service, especially if you order via DoorDash

I selected one star but if I could I wouldn't leave any. This person Chris was rude and intentionaly he didn't change the order to deliver, trying to sabotage the delivery time, the good thing is that I call to confirm if it was out to deliver to find out that he didn't change it.the pizza was for the school where time is sensitive. Rude, careless and bad person because to say yes and don't do it you have to be a bad person too.and the manager was just laughing at what he did. Never again!!!

First visit was good as long as the general manager was around all employees would pretend to care about customers but as soon as he left I had considered a drink option went to the counter and I was seen by nearly all employees and not a single one asked me if I was helped or anything instead they talked to each other or use their phone

So typically when I get food at this location it doesn’t seem to be an issue, tonight when receiving my food the cashier didn’t seem to know where my pizza was. To which I saw them pull this pizza from a medium box and placed in a large box. After asking I was insured that it was a large that was placed in a medium box and that it was “squished”. Please correct if I am wrong but this seems like a medium pepperoni when I was charged for a large. Which is just very disheartening because I don’t like to give complaints I know the food industry isn’t easy. It’s just hard for me to accept this as a large when it seems pretty accurate to a medium.

That is more cheese on this pizza and bread bites at this location rather than Pharr on expressway 83 for much better because is cheap

Carry out order. Waited patiently as they messed up a pizza and had to remake it. I never said anything… just waited patiently in store. Pizza finally ready… nobody apologizes for the wait… cool. I ask if they think they can hook me up with some Parmesan and red peppers… “You see we started charging for that..” I said I know but I also had to wait an extra 20 minutes while my son went nuts in the car with my wife bc yall had to remake a pizza you messed up. He realized he was wrong and said he would ask for an exception… told them to save it.

They had a chance to make it right considering the inconvenience of the extra wait… and chose to ignore it to try and make another $2… Three stars for the pizza bc it was fresh but they didn’t have a choice after getting it wrong initially… first and last time ordering there as new residents to town.

I'm a big fan of Domino's and I usually use another location on Nolana but happened to be shopping close to the N. 10th location. I have the app and timed my shopping around the tracker that Domino's has. I arrived about fifteen minutes after placing the order online, and both my app and the screen in the venue said my order was ready. However, I was told that it was going to be ready in 2 minutes. 15 minutes passed by, and I went up to the counter and asked about my order. I spoke with an associate who told me they had to remake one of the pizzas, and then the supervisor, who was quite rude, interrupted and said that they forgot to make it. Then she gave me her back to help another person who was also waiting. I'll never use that location again. That supervisor needs to learn how to treat customers, especially after getting my order 30 minutes after it was placed.
