Waited 2 hours for my order then called to find out it was sent to the wrong address . Manager and employee were super rude on the phone. Acted like I did something wrong. VERY unprofessional..I’m still waiting on my refund.

If anyone is planning to order from here when it’s busy, just stay away! I went to pick up an order that I got a notification for as “ready for pick up” and ended up waiting inside for 35 minutes! Everyone seemed overwhelmed. They need better structure and a manager that knows what they’re doing.

Made the mistake of ordering New Year’s Day, employees did not want to work, didn’t bring out my pizza even as they were watching my lights blink and I checked in through app. Finally came inside to pick it up and they were extremely rude. I mean offensively rude too. I always tip even on pick up, but I will never order from this location again. Good job

Despite being told that my pizza would be ready shortly, I ended up waiting for an hour. This was not just a minor delay but a significant lapse in service efficiency.To make matters worse, when I inquired about the delay, the staff repeatedly blamed the ‘inaccurate system’, which only added to my frustration. It turned out that my pizza had been ready for 15 minutes, yet there was no communication or effort to rectify the situation promptly.The lack of coordination and poor customer service at Domingo’s significantly impacted my experience. It’s disheartening to see such potential marred by operational inefficiencies. I hope Domingo’s addresses these issues for future customers. As for now, I’m⬤

I I’m not technical savvy and ordered online and did not place order correctly. It was not the Resturant’s fault. I live 5 miles away and upon Arriving home discovered that my order was not correct. I called and manager explained the order online was followed by his team. And they follow what the online order shows. He was very understanding and allowed to redo again. I am very satisfied with his service and quick response thank you Mr Manager.

This place is trash. Placed a ordered, paid and they messed it up. Call to complain said they'll give me credit. Gave a fake name and lied about credit that I was to be given. Now I remember why I don't order Domino's. There service is trash as always.

Great Domino's pizza location. I ordered online and drove there for pick up. The pizza was ready on time. Employees are friendly and nice. Our order was correctly made and it was hot. Location looks clean and organized. Plenty of sitting available to wait for the order
