Really disappointing and unprofessional service today. Sarahi took my order for our office Christmas party, and I repeated several times that we needed ONLY fajita for the botanas. Somehow, we still ended up with all chicken, which completely ruined the order.
When I spoke to the manager, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they offered me two sides of fajita—and still wanted to charge me for them—plus a small 15% discount. Spending almost $400 and being treated like the problem is unbelievable.
After 10 years of being a loyal customer, this is how they handle their own error. They clearly don’t value their customers, and it shows. They lost a customer today because of their own lack of accountability and poor training.

The waitstaff feel like family. The cook feels like my aunt’s food, which is nothing short of sensational. Julio was our waiter this time, but we have had the pleasure of being served by many different, yet all super welcoming, servers. It sure is something to be the best Mexican restaurant in our area, because there is Mexican food on every corner. Yep, we drive by many on the way from our Edinburg home, but the drive serves as a nice family time on our way to our favorite spot to eat. Recommend you tuck your napkin! Yum 😋

They do not close at 10pm as it says. Multiple times I've gone at 8:40pm and they already have the doors close. Came today 10/30/25 at 8:45pm and they had the inside glass doors locked and the lady in the front desk said they were closed already but there was still people inside eating and others waiting for their food.
You will be ignored. Bigger parties are priority. We were waiting long before a big group to pay. He went right away to the big group ignoring us. We kept trying to get his attention. We waited a very long time since the their check was being split by 4. Food is below average, slow and subpar service. Zero quality in service and food. You see all these servers running around but ignoring everyone and they all stand by the bar talking and laughing in a group and ignore everyone. Customer complaints are routine, and they simply don’t care. This place has no quality, no accountability, and no respect for patrons. Never again. Avoid it at all costs.
