Their stews are reheated with a salty and old flavor. Their service is terrible, the ladies serve in a bad way as if they don't like their work. Its zero friendly staff. I hope the manager reads this and improves their service.

We were totally ignored today. One lady was busy making gorditas with cheese in them and another lady was making portion cups of salsa. They both saw my wife and I but never acknowledged us. They had no customers around. We were the only ones. We stood there for a while and decided to have try out Villa Italian food to the right. They welcomed us and treated us very kind. Great food. It's sad that these folks have an established business but have poor customer service. I would glady offer my consultation services.

Everytime I get gorditas from this location the gorditas taste very bad and off. The shell of the gordita will taste like some kind of hand cream or perfume..?? It is incredibly off putting I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but they should not taste like that I don't recommend this restaurant especially in the mall location.

The gorditas taste good but the service is terrible, the cashier's attitude is bad, they take a long time to serve the food, they get the order wrong. They didn't give us napkins and we asked for them and they got upset. They must pay attention to the service. The price for the food is high for the size of the gorditas and the terrible service
