Our server Yessica was really sweet and attentive. She explained the menu and showed us how to find what we’d like. I was really excited to try this place out as I’m a huge fan of bao buns. We ordered the Pork Belly Bao Buns and I’d give it a 9/10. The sauce was a bit on the bitter side, but otherwise very soft bun and perfect pork belly. For our entrees we ordered the Tonkotsu Miso and the Japanese Tacos. This is where issue rise. The noodles were undercooked slightly....
Dragon Warrior has the most delicious ramen in the RGV. The appetizers are amazing, and my go to plate (the Spicy Warrior), is to die for. So far, everyone I have recommended this place to has had the same opinion. The only downside of this place is their frequent relocation. Their current location, since I've known them, must be their 3rd location. Another downside are their chairs, very uncomfortable wooden boxes. They Ramen is delicious. I tried 3 different one but my favorite was the spicy Warrior. It has pork and has a kick. Great flavors in the food was super hot. Great customer service and chill atmosphere. I'll definitely be back with my daughters.
