Drive thru Customer service is horrible. I repeat my order 3-4 times only for the girl to input less than half my order into her system. They’re always so slow, and I’m not talking about the traffic. They’re slow when taking my order and slow on making it. Yall don’t run on caffeine in there?? It’s upsetting.

I always make sure to leave a review with excellent service. I mobile order my breakfast here, before work, every other day or so. I place my order as I’m leaving the house about a 7 min drive and every time they have my order ready so I can be in and out. I order the $6 meal deal for reference. Staff is always hustling and wishing customers good morning/have a great day. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast on the go. Staff has good attitude, food is hot, coffee is great, and it’s a nice way to start my day

I called ahead to have my order ready since I needed to grab it during my work break, and the team did everything possible to help me out. To my surprise, I realized my order had gone to a different location a little farther from work. When I called to explain that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up right away, the manager came to the rescue! She was heading out for a delivery and kindly brought my order to me. It's a basic coffee place, but it's good enough to take a friend/lover over and have a close experience
For starters the cashier at the window needs to be moved or trained in customer service. Getting mad and making faces because we keep asking for things they don't have like it's a coffee place I would assume coffee and donuts should be stocked as it's mid day. 🙄 Everything we came for was out of stock. The iced coffee refill I got took them over 20 mins to prep with no ice nor the cold foam I specifically asked for. Never again definitely sticking to the Trenton location because this one is not it!!!

There’s always a wait even with no cars in line, food is almost always wrong and drinks are clearly rushed. The employees are clearly distracted, and probably understaffed and overworked. Worst Dunkin in mcallen by far

The staff and food r wonderful, looks like such a fun time with staff that look like they actually get along… its that manager lady with the blonde short hair that is terrible. Treats staff terribly, i caught her speaking down on her staff when i was in the store… i feel bad.
