Today I hade the amazing experience by being served by this young pretty lady who hade the most patience and wonderful attitude towards me and my family.We just got out of church and we stop by at dutch bro because my daughter been suggested to get dutch bros. And we got meet with the most wonderful human person to ever exist named Briana! She show such showmanship and she also eluded so much confidence with her customer service skills and she knows a lot of the items there In the menu and she was able to give us drinks that would be good for us!And to our suprised it was delicious the drink! Way better than Starbucks and I'm a huge fan of Starbucks but Briana is making me changed to dutch bro only!If the boss or owner is seeing this promote Briana! She's a exceptional coworker and ill be coming back for Briana.

This review is for Giby. She was so sweet, I came to redeem my bday drink and expressed I have yet to find a coffee I enjoy from here. She helped me figure out exactly what I should order ! Essentially any of their Dutch faves but as a cold brew, to get that less sweetened, coffee taste !

Coffee is ok, employees make it horrible so won’t be back. I’m just here to get my coffee, not be bombarded with questions and the fake nice is weird and makes me uncomfortable. Calling me “gorgeous” over and over again in a fake tone is just weird and wasn’t genuine at all. I know some people think it’s okay to call others pet names like that but I’m not okay with it especially 3 times in one interaction . Also line takes forever.

I was waiting 10 minutes in second lane and the lady skipped me I guess they go for looks of cars I don’t recommend and it’s not the first time that happens but anyways won’t be going there anymore Dutch in Shary has better employees and treats everyone
I love this place! The drinks are delicious and the prices are better than the other places. The people are so friendly, I mean, yes I know they are supposed to be, but it feels genuine. Highly recommend!
