8/8/2025, 12:30pm. My wife and I went to Edith's Mexican Buffet, very delicious food, a lot of variety, great taste. I tried the enchiladas, rice, charro beans, carne guisada, asado de puerco, chicharrones, menudo, to name a few. One of the best Mexican Buffets I've been to in the south of Texas. Nice a/c temperature, excellent service, Highly recommend it!

This place was absolutely amazing and definitely worth a visit!!! The buffet was clean and the food was absolutely phenomenal, 10/10. Our server Dariana made our experience here 10x better as she was very attentive, helpful, and sweet. She checked in on us often, answered all our questions, kept our drinks filled, and made great recommendations. Kudos to this restaurant for hiring such amazing employees and keeping the restaurant on point. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the RGV or those who generally enjoy buffets or Mexican cuisine!

Love this place! I come with my kids and there’s this amazing beautiful radiant waitress Dariana,oh how much I love this silly girl! Always chatting it up. The Mexican food is THE bomb😂😇

Came here with my family to celebrate the late passing of my husband because he loved this place. This worker by the name Dariana was so sweet, welcoming, and made my whole experience better 🥹❤️‍🩹✌️
