Was in line outside for over 20 minutes after already paying at the drive thru window. Had to park and get down only to find out that they were confused about my order ? (I only ordered three potato egg & chorizo tacos) So was no one ever going to come out and tell me or….? Finally just had to ask to be refunded. Thank you for wasting my time!

Ordered 5 tacos and a plate. Only gave me 3 tacos. Initially the manager refused a refund and instead a credit was offered. I had to show up in person and I insist on a refund before they agreed. They came up with some complicated and convoluted way to give me my refund that involved refunding me the entire amount of my original ticket…then making me pay for the order again minus the two tacos which seems fair but I don’t have faith in these guys (who already messed up…it was five tacos…so easy to count to 5) to do it correctly. I also didn’t want to be watching my bank account over the next week to see if they did do it correctly. Def lost faith in this branch. Check your orders before you make that 15-20 min round trip. Lesson learned.

I ordered two plates of the Thursday special. The chicken is completely mush, Ranchero beans have no salt, And the tortilla is paper, thin on one side, and extremely thick and undercooked on the other side.😭 I haven’t eaten here in forever. I was so looking forward to it. And now I’m so disappointed.

You guys need to add napkins and salsa without the customers having to ask. We ordered the guisado and they didn't think to provide napkins when these tacos are messy. Inconsiderate is what that was.
