The best breakfast tacos in McAllen. The best Enchilada Verdes. Everything is great. The employees Diana, Fred, Eddy, Aaron, and Morgan provide excellent service. The prices are great. The salsas and chips are delicious.
The food is delicious and flavorful. When family comes from out of town to visit, this is the first place everyone wants to go. When we go visiting family, we take a cooler full of patos for everybody. El Pato is synonymous with home cooking and the Valley.
Unexpected gem! The food was amazing, very reasonable priced, with quick and friendly service. It's a relaxed, charming atmosphere with Mexican decor. It's counter service with seating areas. Probably the best Mexican food I've had in a very long time. This will probably become my new go to for Mexican food. So well worth the price!
